This dissertation aims at finding anticancer and antibacterial polynuclear complexes targeting DNA with high activity and low toxicity. Sixteen compounds were synthesized, and characterized by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, molar conductivity and IR, and the influencing factors on structures of the compounds have been investigated. The actions of these compounds to DNA were also investigated by spectral, electrochemical and hydromechanical methods.

In chapter three the performance and structure of components of oxygen probe were especially investigated. The Cr-Cr〓O〓 powder was overcome by treatments. The reason of occurrence of thermal peaks on the EMF curves was explained. A water glass based cement which high temperature insulation was around 10MΩ within 10 seconds at 1600℃ was developed for the use of oxygen probe. The effects of tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode on response time and thermal equilibrium in oxygen probe were investigated. The optimum tip end thickness of ZrO〓 tube and amount of reference electrode addition were determined. It is found that the heat transfer in oxygen galvanic cell is the rate limiting-step in the response process. The national oxygen probe WOS Ⅱ type was designed and manufactured. By three batches of industrial tests its specification reached the level of American Celox Ⅱ type oxygen probe.
在第三章中分别从参比电极、高温绝缘水泥、插接件等组元入手,着重分析了其性能和结构,开发出了适合于钢液定氧用的Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极,解决了Cr-Cr〓O〓参比电极高温产生收缩问题,解释了电动势曲线产生峰值的原因;开发了适合于定氧测头使用的水玻璃基耐火水泥,其高温绝缘电阻在1600℃,10秒以内为10MΩ左右;同时对ZrO〓管头部厚度、参比电极量对响应时间的影响以及定氧测头中的热平衡进行了研究,得出了合适的ZrO〓管头部厚度和参比电极加入量,确定了氧浓差电池中的传热是响应过程的限速步骤;设计制造了国产WOSⅡ型定氧测头,进行了三次现场定氧测试,其技术指标达到了美国Celox型定氧测头的水平。

For the first time, we investigated the possibility of using non-minimal coupled scalar field (include Real and Complex scalar fields) as the candidate of dark energy---Quintessence or Phantom. A cosmological model droved by real scalar field with accelerating and decelerating, forever cycling and expanding was constructed. Classical and quantum wormholes with Tachyon fields were discussed in detail. The entropy of sphere symmetric black holes due to arbitrary spin fields was studied, and the proportional relations between entropy and fields degeneracy was derived. For the first time, we investigated the neutrino quasinormal modes of stationary black holes in the background of de Sitter space-time, and the quasinormal modes of Schwarzschild black holes with arbitrary spin fields. We also studied the quantum teleportation in the background of curved space-time for the first time.

The sightline control strategy for bad measure precision is developed, and the control methods for vertical direction, approach direction and station keeping are presented.(2)The safe approach velocities are investigated for cuboid, sphere and cone keep out zone.(3)The design method for optimal trajectory under safety constraint is developed. The cone and cuboid keep out zone can be described using line constraint, and then optimal trajectory design can be translated to line programming problem under line constraint.(4) The design strategy of collision avoidance maneuver is discussed, and the collision avoidance scheme is analyzed for V-bar and R-bar approach.The control and trajectory safety in departure phase are investigated.

In this paper, as a typical lewis acid, anhydrous aluminum (AlCl_3) was used as the catalyst to get PP/PS blends compatibilized by in-situ Fridel-Crafts alkylation. The effects on PP and PS components of AlCl_3 were investigated first, mainly by rheology, including steady rheology method and dynamic rheology method. Then the in-situ reactions in PP/PS alloys under different conditions were executed and studied in detail by selective Soxhlet solvent extraction. And at the same time, the evolutions of phase structures of PP/PS and the resulted PP/PS/AlCl_3 alloys were investigated by SEM and SALS. The steady and dynamic rheological behaviors of in-situ compatibilized PP/PS alloys were obtained systematically.
本文选用典型路易斯酸无水氯化铝(AlCl_3)作为催化剂,利用烷基化反应机理,对PP/PS合金直接进行原位催化反应增容,以流变学方法(包括静态流变和动态流变学方法)为主,详细探讨无水AlCl_3对PP/PS合金体系中PP和PS两组分的影响,并在此基础上进一步系统研究无水AlCl_3原位催化增容PP/PS合金的相结构演变及增容反应特征,然后对不同原位催化增容条件下获得增容合金材料的流变行为特征作了深入探讨。
