METHODS:We recorded the cardiogram by perfusing garlicin injection and garlic preparation to the isolated heart of rabbits by Langendorff method,examined the minimum dose of asystole. RESULTS:The minimum fungistatic concentration of garlicin injection was 3～6.2 times lower than that of garlic preparation.

采用Langendorf法对兔离体心脏分别灌流大蒜素注射液、大蒜注射液、大蒜实验液，分别记录心搏图，求出致心脏停搏的最小剂量，结果：大蒜素注射液的抑菌浓度为大蒜实验液的1／6.2～1／3，而致心脏停搏的最小浓度分别为0.1736u／ml和3.919u／ml。

Methods The experimental arrhythmia models were induced with barium chloride (BaCl2),uabaina and aconitine in rats and cobayaes.The incidence rate and mortality rate of arrhythmia,the emergence time and the duration of arrhythmia induced with BaCl2 were recorded in rats pretreated with CASI (in dosages of 25,50, and 100 mg·kg-1 sublingual vein injection).At the same time,the dosages of uabaina and aconitine were observed when the ventricular premature contraction,ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac asystole were appeard in rats and cobayaes pretreated with CASI (in dosages of 25,50, and 100 mg·kg-1 sublingual vein injection).

After FA injection, fluorescein concentrated image presented also around vessels, which developed to the distal along vessels, those in the cortex developed toward cerebral surface and those in the white substance toward ventral basicranial vessels of brain. The speed and distance were all bigger than the simple diffusion.
