概要： 2002年以来，我们采用综合办法治疗粘连性肠梗阻收到较好效果，现报告如下。1临床资料共63例，男41例，女22例；年龄最大80岁，最小15岁，平均40岁；腹部手术史59例，外伤史3例，感染史1例。2治疗方法用粘连松解消炎汤加减。
