In the paper,the fresh,withered,rocked and fermented leaf fixed by microwave and steam were studied.The results showed that the content of pol yphenols of microwave samples was higher than those of steam samples;and the con tent of amino acids in steam samples was higher than those of microwave samples .There was a slight higher content of soluble sugars in microwave samples compa red with steam samples. 摘 要：对鲜叶、萎凋叶、做青叶和发酵叶进行了微波和蒸青固样研究，结果表明：微波样的多酚类化合物保留量均高于蒸青样，氨基酸保留量则相反，可溶性糖的保留量微波样稍高于蒸青样，叶绿素的保留量微波样亦稍高于蒸青样，咖啡碱的保留量微波样与蒸青样间差异较小，发酵叶茶黄素的保留量微波样稍高于蒸青样，发酵叶茶红素的保留量微波样高于蒸青样，发酵叶茶褐的保留量二者间无差异。

In this paper we choose74sediment samples which are from different types of sediment (Loess-paleosol sequence sediment samples, lake sediment samples, Aeolian sand samples, peat and bog samples, Archaeological samples and surface samples). Through our investigations in the laboratory, we have some conclusion about the extraction methods of Quaternary pollen and spores from different type of sediments.

本文选取了中国北方不同沉积相的沉积物样品（黄土与古土壤样品17个、湖泊样品沉积物20个、风成砂样品11个、泥炭沼泽样品10、考古点文化层6个、表土样品10个）共74个，通过对同一种样品不同处理方法的对比研究，就中国北方不同沉积物的孢粉提取方法进行了探讨。

Methods test 1 256 samples from suspect uu or ct sufferers and infertile patients during 2007.results the positive rate of uu of 149 samples of prostate liquid is 42.3%(63/149), and the positive rate of ct of 136 samples of prostate liquid s is 19.9%(27/136);the positive rate of uu of 361samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 21.1%(76/361),and the positive rate of ct of 346 samples of the secretion of the urinous tract is 10.4%(36/346);the positive rate of uu of 141 samples of semen is 11.3%(16/141),and the positive rate of ct of 123 samples of semen is 7.3%(9/123).conclusion there are significant differences in positive rate of uu and ct of 3 types of samples p.005.the positive rate of specimens of postate liquid is higher than that of the secretion of the urinous tract ,the positive rate of semen test is the lowest..the results from the uu and ct test of different types of specimens are different obviously .the most suitable specimen of test is prostate liquid.

对2007年1 256例怀疑感染uu或ct的患者和不孕不育症患者标本检测。结果：149例前列腺标本中uu阳性率为42.3%(63/149)、136例前列腺标本ct阳性率为19.9%(27/136)；361例尿道分泌物uu阳性率为21.1%(76/361)、346例尿道分泌物ct阳性率为10.4%(36/346)；141例精液uu阳性率为11.3%(16/141)、123例精液ct阳性率为7.3%(9/123)。结论：三种标本的uu、ct阳性率相差显著，p.005。前列腺标本检测的阳性率明显高于尿道分泌物标本，精液检测的阳性率最低。不同类型的标本检测的uu、ct的结果有很大的差异，送检的标本最好是前列腺液。

Changes of lung ultrastructures: The results of electron microscope showed that in group 1, there were swelling mitochondria was arranged in disorder, less matrix, and hyalomere appeared, thin double-deck membrane in 50% samples: Interalveolar septum stroma was with edema in 60% samples; Polymorphonuclear leukocyte gathered in vessel or emigrated out of vessel in 50% samples; In group 2, double-deck membranes of mitochondria were integral, densely matrix showed micro-granule shape in 90% samples; Pinocytosis in epithelial cells of type Ⅰ lung strengthened, being destroyed, and pinocytosis in endothelial cells strengthened in 10% samples; lnteralveolar septum stroma was with edema, no polymorphonuclear leukocyte gathered in vessel or emigrated out of vessel or corpuscule was empty in type Ⅱ alveolar epithelium in 20% samples.

Two kinds of silicon samples with distinct surface treatment, i. e., one surface was chemically etched and the other was unetched, were used to investigate the characteristics of leakage current and surface flashover of semiconductor under impulse voltage in vacuum. The experimental results showed that the surface conditions of samples affected these characteristics greatly. Before flashover, the Ohmic current was observed for unetched samples and the space charge limited current for etched samples, respectively. Meanwhile both samples showed quite different flashover tracks, and the surface-etched samples displayed a much higher onset voltage of flashover.

The counts of lactic bacteria in 10 samples were 1.07～9.70×107cfu/mL, 1 sample was 1.38×108cfu/mL, another sample was 2.06×106cfu/mL; the counts of yeast in 1 samples was 3.20×104cfu/mL, 5 samples were 1.80～6.60×105cfu/mL, and 6 samples were 1.06～2.72×106cfu/mL. 33 strains isolated from 12 samples of traditionally home-made koumiss collected from Xingjiang Uighur Autonomous region belonged to Lactobacillus.

本项研究，对采集于新疆伊犁哈萨克族自治州、博尔塔拉蒙古族自治州和巴音郭愣蒙古族自治州 3 个地区的 12 份酸马奶样品，进行了化学和微生物组成分析，并对从中分离到的 33 株杆菌分离株，进行了属种鉴定，同时还对耐酸性菌株进行了初步筛选，结果表明： 12 份酸马奶样品的脂肪平均含量为 2.07g/100mL ，蛋白质平均含量为2.22g/100mL，乳糖平均含量为 3.03g/100mL，灰分平均含量为 0.28g/100mL，钙平均含量为 82.27mg/100mL，磷平均含量为 58.20mg/100mL；pH 值平均为 3.90，酸度平均为 134.25oT，乳酸平均含量为 10.99g/L，乙酸平均含量为 1.50g/L，4 份未检出，8 份柠檬酸平均含量为 0.09g/L，乙醇平均含量为 14.94g/l；1 份乳酸菌数为1.38×108cfu/mL，1 份为 2.06×106cfu/mL，其余 8 份在 1.07～9.70×107cfu/mL 间；1份酵母菌数为 3.20×104cfu/mL，5 份在 1.80～6.60×105cfu/mL 间，6 份在 1.06～2.72×106 cfu/mL 间。

Abstract］ objective to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different samples and different methods in detection for banded krait venom.methods double immunodiffusion and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay were used as the methods to detect different samples of people and animal who were bit by banded krait.results in double immunodiffusion the samples were all negative;with elisa the samples of wound tissue liquid and blood were all positive.conclusion wound tissue liquid and blood are both fitting samples in detection for banded krait venom;double immunodiffusion isn't adapt to detect banded krait biting patient,but elisa is an good detection method.

目的 探讨银环蛇毒中毒检测中不同材料与不同方法的优缺点。方法采用双向免疫扩散法与间接elisa法对银环蛇毒中毒的人与动物的不同标本进行检测。结果双向免疫扩散法死者伤口皮肤组织液、死者心脏血清、死小猪伤口皮肤组织液及死小猪血清标本均未见免疫沉淀带；elisa法测标本均为阳性。结论银环蛇毒中毒检测中伤口皮肤组织液和血液都是合适的材料；双向免疫扩散法的检出率较低，而elisa法则是一种较好的检测方法。
