Abstract］ objective to provide the experience on treatment with the internal fixation to the fractures combined with/without dislocation on peripheral amphiarthrodial joint.methods from january 2000 to january 2005,62 cases were follow-up visited and evaluated on imageology,imaging,joint function and complication,et al.results serveral problems were observed on these cases.first,when the internal fixation were pulled out,some of the patients were observed the disturbance,even loss on joint function,and their quality of life were limmited.second,some internal fixations had been broken before they were pull out.conclusion we should sufficiently allow for not only the stabilization and the union of the fracture,but also degrade the complication to minimum limit and maximally recover the joint function.

作者：洪洋，陈峥嵘，董有海，钱光，杨群，程根祥目的通过对微动关节周围骨折和合并关节脱位的内固定治疗后的疗效分析，进而为临床治疗提供经验。方法对2000年1月～2005年1月期间62例患者进行随访，并从影像学及关节功能、并发症等方面进行评估。结果治疗该类创伤病例存在着以下几个问题：（1）部分患者的关节功能在内固定解除术后，存在着不同程度的功能障碍，甚至丧失而影响到患者的生活质量。（2）并发内固定断裂情况时有发生。结论治疗微动关节周围骨折尤其在合并有关节脱位时，应充分考虑到既要修复因创伤引起的骨折使其愈合并使该关节稳定，又应该最大限度地恢复关节功能，并将并发症降低到最小限度。

Since then, people have made many studies on resorbable internal bone fixation composites. Up till now, however, although those kinds of resorbable internal fixation composites have considerable strength, they can only be used for curing cancellated bone fracture and not for load-bearing bone fracture internal fixation because of their low modulus, too slow degradation rate and inflammation reaction.

In this section, applying the method, from abstract to specific and from history to present, it analyzes the operation mechanism of urbanization economy affected by market mechanism; puts forward four theories of urbanization economy from economic perspective, including agriculture surplus and comparison advantage; non-agricultural industry; agglomeration economy and spillover effect, on this basis of the theories, it, on one hand, analyzes two kinds of internal mechanism in the chronologic operation of urbanization economies: increasing mechanism of urbanization economies in urban output industry; and changing mechanism from specialization to integration, which are the representations of the evolution of "mart" development; on the other hand, it analyzes two internal mechanism of dimensional operation of urbanization economy: internal spatial enlargement mechanism of urbanization economies from monocentric city to multi-center city, and external spatial enhancement mechanism which represents city-regionalization and city-chain connection, the later two mechanism represent the evolution of "polis" development.

It validated three hypotheses, the results show: There existed significant difference in university counselor within the variable of college, major, whether do not have assessed remarkable counselor ,how many years to be a university counselor and whether do not ever joined some training of psychology tutoring, but no significant difference within the variable of sex, age and degree.

研究二运用《高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力现状调查》和《高校辅导员心理辅导胜任力现状调查》对武汉6所高校的40名辅导员和300多名大学生实施调查，以辅导员的性别、年龄、学校、学历、专业，以及担任辅导员的年限、是否参加相关心理辅导的培训和是否获得过优秀辅导员称号为分组变量，讨论不同组别的辅导员各项胜任力水平的差异，验证了三个假设，结果表明：(1)学校：不同高校的辅导员心理辅导胜任力水平存在显著的差异，其中教育观念、外在动机和内在动机等方面差异非常显著；(2)专业：整体上，不同专业的辅导员心理辅导胜任力水平不存在显著的差异，但在教育观念、心理辅导技巧、外在动机和内在动机等因子上存在显著差异；(3)工作年限：整体上不存在显著的工作年限差异，但在心理辅导技巧、特殊能力、自我效能感和情感等因子上存在显著差异；(4)是否参加心理辅导培训：参加过培训的辅导员的胜任力水平整体上高于未参加过培训的辅导员，但并不显著，只在知识结构和心理辅导技巧上差异显著；(5)是否获得过优秀辅导员称号：总体上不存在显著的差异，但获得过优秀称号的辅导员胜任力水平在一般能力和性格两个因子上明显比较高；(6)辅导员的心理辅导胜任力水平与其性别、年龄、学历三个变量上各因子的显著性程度都未达到。05，属于不显著的水平。

objective to assess the effects to utilize minitype plate internal fixation in radial head fracture of mason ⅲ.methods 10 cases of patients with closed radial head fracture under went minitype plate internal fixation by open reduction,and the functional evaluation of elbow was carried out by the pain,stability,myodynamia of elbow,together with the elbow joint score of broberg and morrey.results in 10 case of patients with 12～24 months follow up(average time 20 months),the elbow joint mean score is 58(30～90) with excellent case 1,good 4,poor 5,and the fineness rate is 50％.conclusion it is failed to treat complicated radial head fracture by minitype plate internal fixation,while maybe it is better to resect or replace radial head for these types.

目的 评价微型钢板治疗masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法对10 例masonⅲ型骨折进行微型钢板内固定，根据患者肘关节活动疼痛、稳定性和肌力情况，依照broberg和morrey肘关节评分标准进行功能评价。结果 10 例患者随访12～24个月，平均20个月，肘关节平均评分58 分(30～90)分，其中优1 例，良4 例，差5 例，优良率50％。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗复杂的masonⅲ型桡骨小头骨折，不能取得良好的临床效果，如果要获得较好的肘关节活动和早期康复，可考虑桡骨小头切除或置换。
