In the event either party becomes insolvent or proceedings, whether voluntary or involuntary, in bankruptcy or insolvency are commenced by or against a party or an assignee for the benefit of creditors, a trustee, a receiver or any other similar official is appointed with or without the consent of such party, then the other party may jointly terminate this agreement by giving (30) thirty day's written notice to such party.
