Results The NIH-CPSI score was 21.7±8.8 in the group,64.05% of the CPS patients had pain of perineal region,hypogastrium,inguinal groove and lumbosacral area.46.41% of them had urination irritation.41.18% of them felt dissatisfied,unhappy,even terrified with the symptoms of chronic prostatitis.Conclusion Controlling pain of perineal region and hypogastrium is important in the treatment of CP.

结果 306例患者的NIH-CPSI评分8～39分，平均（21.7±8.8）分，64.05%的患者有会阴部、外生殖器、小腹、腹股沟、腰骶部不同程度的疼痛不适，46.41%患者存在不同程度的尿频、尿急、尿等待、尿后淋漓等排尿刺激症状，41.18%存在情绪紧张、焦虑、乏力、压抑、失眠等精神症状。62.42%患者因职业原因有长期憋尿或长时间保持蹲姿或坐姿。59.15%患者有喜食辛辣或刺激性食物的饮食习惯。

Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscopic approach to acutely incarcerated inguinal hernia in children.

The EAE rats were induced by injecting subcutaneously an emulsion of GPSCH and CFA. In addition, each rat received an intracutaneous injection of pertussis. Albumin in serum and CSF samples was examined on the days of 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 and 20 p.i.. The integrity of BBB was assessed by caculating CSF to serum albumin quotient. At the same time the brains, spinal cords, thymus and inguinal lymph nodes were removed for paraffin sections cutting. These sections were used for HE staining and ICAM-1 semiquantitative immunohistochemical staining. The results showed as follows:1. None of EAE rats on days 4,6 and 8 p.i. showed clinical signs whichbecame apparent on day 10 p.i.(2.33±0.76; n=6). On days 12 and 14 p.i.
