Results The patients aged 13 - 30 including 2 cases of type Ⅰ,7 cases of type Ⅱ and 1 case of type Ⅲ,had frequent symptoms of dysmenorrheal and abdominal pain （7 cases）, vaginal puruloid secretion （3 cases） and infertility （3 cases）; 10 of them were complicated with double uterus,2 with unicornous uterus, 3 with endometrial cystis; 8 of them were complicated with ipsilatera renal agenesis, 2 with horseshoe kidney; 2 of them were misdiagnosised.
