NFκB in the cell nucleole was detected with electrophoretic mobility shift assay.RESULTS:(1)NO production and iNOS mRNA expression induced by LPS and TNFα was blocked by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate or N-acetylcysteine.

The realize method of ITC strategy in FSTP induction generation system is studied. In order to improve stable performance of FSTP induction generation system, SVM-ITC (ITC based on space vector modulation) is investigated. In the third part, Bacon\'s basic and extensive scientific and technological researches are discussed. Regarded to this, the thesis finds that people only paid attention to Bacon\'s view that heat is a motion which Bacon took lots of space in Novum Organum to summarized according to Baconian Induction.

The welding of end ring of alternating current machine and the conducting bar is the key technology for manufacturing of asynchronous traction motor with high power. China South Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation had taken this significative study as a key project for the manufacturing of alternating current machine. According to the welding of end ring of alternating current machine, the welding of copper and copper alloy is described in this paper. Results obtained in this study are as follows. 1.By the comparison of oxyacetylene gas brazing, induction brazing and resistance brazing, it was found that high-quality welding joint could be obtained by induction brazing, which also had the highest efficiency.
