Results:(1) Of the interviewees, 93.6%(25 cases) reported that the numbers of suicidual outpatients came to seek medical helps had declined, while 6.4%(2 cases) reported no change;(2) 74.1%(20 cases) reported the proportion of suicidual outpatients by drinking pestcides had decreased, and that by taking tranquillizer such as diazepam had increased;(3) 70.4%(19 cases) though that the success rate of first aid for the suicidual outpatients were higher than before;(4) For the causes of the decline on the suicidual rate in recent years, 77.8%(21 caes ) attributed to inprove of peasants' life, 66.7%(18 cases) to the decrease of family diputes, and 66.7%(18 cases) to decrease of pestcide use;(5) 37.0%(10 cases) were suspicious that certain outpatients conducted suicide had mental disorder, while 63.0%(17 cases) though no mental disorder.

Results during 2003-2006,202 afp cases were reported in linyi city,no wild poliovirus was detected.these afp cases were distributed in 12 countries.the age of afp cases was mainly 0-5 years old,accounting for 83.2%,higher incidence in male than in female,the rate is 1.93:1.all afp cases were discarded poliomyelitis cases by the diagnoses group of shandong province.the rate of guillain-barre syndromein these cases was 19.9% monitored and has appraised 3 cases of vapp.the reported incidence of non-polio afp cases of children under 15 years old has been over 1/100000 since 2003.other indexes have been above 80%.

结果 2003～2006年全市共报告afp病例202例，未发现脊灰野病毒引起的病例。病例分布在全市12个县：发病以0到5岁儿童为主，占83.2%；男性发病多于女性，男女比例1.93：1；所有监测病例经山东省专家诊断组均为排除脊灰病例，格林巴利综合征最多，占19.9%，监测并鉴定了3例疫苗相关病例。

The fundamental imaging features of osteosarcoma were showed bone destruction, periosteal reaction, neoplastic bone and soft-tissue mass. Among 49 cases examined by radiography, osteoblastic pattern sarcoma was found in 19 cases, osteolytic pattern sarcoma was found in 13 cases and mixed pattern sarcoma was found in 17 cases. The detection rates of bone destruction, periosteal reaction, soft-tissue mass, neoplastic bone and Codman triangle by radiography were respectively 61.2%, 95.9%, 71.4%, 73.5%and 27.7%. All 10 cases with CT scan were showed bone destruction, soft - tissue mass and neoplastic bone. The detection rates of periosteal reaction,憇ieve sign挶 and Codman triangle with CT scan were respectively 90%, 90% and 11%. The tiny neoplastic bone and"sieve sign"were showed sensitively by CT, but Codman triangle was showed by radiography superior to CT.32 cases with MRI scan presented the normal marrow was replaced by the tumor, which was showed low to intermediate signal intensity on T1-weighted images and promiscuity signal intensity on T2-weighted images. 7 cases presented hemorrhage and 24 cases presented necrosis.

骨肉瘤基本影像表现为骨质破坏、骨膜反应、瘤骨和软组织肿块。49例X线表现为成骨型19例，溶骨型13例，混合型17例；X线对骨质破坏、骨膜反应、软组织肿块、瘤骨和Codman三角的检出率分别为61.2%、95.9%、71.4%、73.5%和27.7%；10例CT表现均可见骨质破坏、软组织肿块及瘤骨，CT对骨膜反应、筛孔征和Codman三角的检出率为90%、90%和11%；CT对显示细小肿瘤骨和筛孔征最敏感，但对Codman三角的显示不如X线平片；32例MRI表现为骨髓腔内正常的骨髓高信号被肿瘤信号所取代，T1WI呈低～等信号，T2WI呈混杂信号，7例合并出血，24例中央坏死囊变，32例增强扫描均呈不均匀强化及瘤周可见水肿区。

Results 12 cases as abdominal hernia (of which indirect hernia 9 cases, direct hernia 2 cases, femorocele 1 case), ultrasonography shows middle-high echo or linkage heterogeniety echo clumps; 8 cases as hydrocele, Ultrasonogram shows anechoic; 2 cases as cryptorchidism, ultrasonography shows normal testicular middle-echo; 4 cases as lymph node mass (of which lymphoma 2 cases, lymph node metastasis 1 case, lymph node inflammatory change 1 case), acoustic image shows low weak echo; 4 cases as substance mass (of which fibroma 1 case, spermatic cord tumor 1 case, Desmoid tumor 1 case, spermatic cord inflammation 1 case), Ultrasonography shows non-uniformity middle-highor low echo.

结果 12例为腹外疝（其中斜疝9例、直疝2例、股疝1例），声像图表现为中高回声或混杂性回声团块；8例为鞘膜积液，声像图表现为无回声；2例为隐睾，声像图表现为似正常睾丸样中等回声；4例为淋巴结包块（其中淋巴瘤2例、淋巴结转移1例、淋巴结炎性改变1例），声像图表现为低弱回声；4例为实质性包块（其中纤维瘤1例、精索肿瘤1例、韧带样瘤1例、精索炎症1例），声像图表现为非均匀性中高回声或低回声。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

回顾性分析85例体表良性肿块的超声表现，总结其声像图特征，所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

Results Of 10 cases with internal impingements,MR showed infraspinatus abnormalities were 8 cases.Supraspinatus abnormalities were 4 cases.Labral abnormalities were 9 cases.Posterosuperior humeral head damage were 10 cases.10 cases with subacromial impingement.MR showed infraspinatus abnormalities were 2 cases.Supraspinatus abnormalities were 8 cases.Labral abnormalities were 0 case.

结果 10例内在撞击综合征MR表现为冈下肌腱异常者8例，冈上肌腱异常者4例，盂唇异常者9例，肱骨头后上部异常10例。10例肩峰下撞击综合征MR表现为冈下肌腱异常者2例，冈上肌腱异常者8例，盂唇异常者0例，肱骨大结节异常8例。

Results In 50 cases of fracture of nasal bone, fracture of the frontal process of maxillary bone was found in 43 cases, fracture of lacrimal bone in 29 cases and fracture of orbital walls in 24 cases.
