Results The 14 ALD patients were boys, the symptoms occurred slowly from 1 to 13 years old. The clinical manifestations of all the ALD patients were mainly mental retardation and disturbances of movement of extremities, 9 cases had visual disorders, 6 cases had auditory disorders and 13 cases had dysarthria, 5 cases had seizure and 6 cases had increased skin pigmentation. The level of plasma very long chain fatty acids in 5 csaes were increased at some degree. The brain CT from 2 cases and MRI from 12 cases showed butterfly-like focus in periventricle areas in the white matter bilaterally. Lace-like high intensity lesions were observed in 3 cases.

结果 本组14例ALD患者均为男童，起病年龄1~13岁，缓慢起病，临床上均有不同程度的智力障碍和肢体活动障碍，其中9例视力下降，6例听力下降，13例言语不清，5例有抽搐发作，6例皮肤色素沉着；5例血浆极长链脂肪酸不同程度增高，2例头颅CT、12例头颅MRI显示双侧脑室三角区周围白质对称分布的蝶形病灶，3例增强扫描示部分病灶周围花边样强化条带。

Results Among 85 cases, 46 cases were lipomas, Twenty-seven cases were sebaceous cysts, 19 cases were angeiomas, 8 cases were fibroids, 5 cases were ganglionic cysts, 3 cases were neurilemmomas,1 case was dermal nevus, 1 cases was fattey necrosis, 1 case was adipositis, 1 case was foreign-body granuloma,1 case was calcified epithelioma.

结果 85例中脂肪瘤46例，皮脂腺囊肿27例，血管瘤19例，纤维瘤8例，腱鞘滑液囊肿5例，神经鞘膜瘤3例，皮肤痣、脂肪坏死、脂膜炎、异物肉芽肿、钙化上皮瘤各1例。

Result: Coughs in 48 cases(85.7%),chest pain in 5 cases (8.9%), does not have respiratory tract symptom and so on the cough, expectorate in 8 cases (14.3%), low heat in 19 cases (33.9%), appetite is bad in 15 cases (26.8%), robs the perspiration in 12 cases (21.4%), becomes emaciated in 6 cases (10.7%), feels weak in 9 cases (16.1%).

结果：咳嗽48例（占85.7%），胸痛5例（占8.9%），无咳嗽、咳痰等呼吸道症状者8例（占16.7%），低热19例（占33.9%），纳差15例（占26.8%），盗汗12例（占21.4%），消瘦6例（占10.7%），乏力9例（占16.1%）。

Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for images of CT,MRI and DSA of 12 patients with intracranial venous angiomas.In all cases,7 cases male,5 cases female,age ranged from 8 years old to 72 years old.All patients underwent the examinations of CT,MRI and/or DSA.Results All 12 patients had single lesion.In these cases,there were 6 cases （50%） located in cerebella,6 cases （50%） located in cerebra including 3 cases （25%） in lobus frontalis and 3 cases （25%） in lobus parietalis.Most patients had slight clinical symptoms and were detected the lesions accidentally when they were examined for other diseases.Compared the imaging features of CT,MRI and DSA,conventional CT scan was negative,but there were characteristic images which was "dendritic" sign in contrast-enhanced CT and MRI,and typical findings of "caput medusae"sign in venous phase of DSA.

结果 颅内静脉血管瘤均为单发；6例（50%）位於幕下小脑实质内，6例（50%）位於幕上额叶（3例25%）、顶叶（3例25%）脑实质内；患者临床症状轻微，多为合并其他病变检查时偶然发现；CT、MRI及DSA的影像比较，CT平扫为阴性，CT增强扫描与MRI平扫呈特征性表现，即树枝征，DSA静脉期可见典型表现蛇头征。

Results 8 cases of 32 patients were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis,7 cases were misdiagnosed as pneumonia,6 cases were misdiagnosed as tuberculosis pleurisy,3 cases were misdiagnosed as omarthritis,2 cases were misdiagnosed as arthritis,2 cases were misdiagnosed as transient ischemic attack,2 cases were misdiagnosed as hemicrania,2 cases were misdiagnosed as intervertebral disk hernia.

结果 32例患者中，误诊为肺结核8例，肺炎7例，结核性胸膜炎6例，肩周炎3例，关节炎2例，短暂性脑缺血发作2例，偏头痛2例，椎间盘突出2例。

In the total of 400 cases, age 61~77 years old, weighing 45~86kg, cases of the patients includes 261 male cases and 159 female cases, of which 210 cases with esophageal cancer radical mastectomy and the other 210 cases with lung surgery, including 149 cases of lobectomy and 61 cases of pneumonectomy.

Results Forty three cases were died from cerebral hernia before operation 1 week, in which 30 cases with bilateralis mydriasis, and the other 13 cases with half mydriasis.
