Results: accordant enhanced 8 cases; enhanced ring 9 cases; enhanced dots 7 cases; enhanced spots 12 cases; abnormal enhanced 7 cases; no enhanced 5 cases. Meninges and Tentorium cerebella are enhanced ,its anatomic structure is clear 38 cases.

Pathology findings:there were 294 cases of clear renal cell carcinoma (83.76%),including 2 cases of cystis renal cell carcinoma ,27 cases of Grannular renal cell carcinoma ( 7.69 %), 14 cases of papilliform renal cell carcinoma , 6 cases of the mixed type renal cell carcinoma,10 cases of other cell types . Followup was achieved in 263 cases (74.93％),with tie 3、5year and 10 year survival rates being 70.45 %(124/ 176),53.3%(40/75) and 23.8%(5/21) respectively.

The changes were observed and anlysised. Results In the normal days and after operation, the far distance binocular vision and near distance stereoacuity were no significant difference between 14 cyclic esotropia cases and normal. In 16 cases of consecutive esotropia, 12 cases had no binocular vision before operation, and after operation, simultaneous perception were acquired in 16 cases (100%), fusional power in l6 cases (100%) while the range of fusion was lower than normal, far distance stereoscopic vision in 10 cases (62.5%), near distance stereoscopic vision in 8 cases (50%).

All of these patients underwent plain and contrast-enhancement CT scan. Results: Thirteen cases included 5 neurilemmomas (3 malignant cases included), 5 neurofibromas, 1 neuroblastoma, 1 ganglioneuroma, 1 malignant paraganglioma. In the 13 cases, 2 cases derived from plexus sacralis, 2 cases located in the pelvic peritoneal space, 6 cases located in the pelvic extrapentoneal space, and 3 cases located in the vesica extraperitoneal space.
