Among them, 545 cases have eyelids disease (3.95%), 4235 cases conjunctivas disease (30.66%), 844 cases cornea disease (6.11%), 501 cases glaucoma (3.63%), 1309 cases cataract (9.48%), 1155 cases retina disease (8.36%), 2807 cases error of refraction (20.32%). 650 cases take health inspection (4.71%). The other diseases add up to 1765 (12.79%) which consist uveitis, orbit disease, lacrimal disease, eye trauma, check after surgery etc.

其中眼睑疾病545例(3.95%)结膜疾病4235例(30.66%)，角膜疾病8科例(6.11%)，青光眼501例(3.63%)，白内障1309例(9.48%)，视网膜疾病1155例(8.36%)，屈光不正2807例(20.32%)，健康检查650例(4.71%)，其他疾病包括葡萄膜炎、眼眶疾病、泪器疾病、眼外伤、术后复诊等等共计1765例(12.79%)。

Results In 136 patients, a total of 72cases sputum culture positive, the positive rate of 52.9% sputum culture for three consecutive single bacteria were 16 cases, the positive rate of 11.8%.16 patients sputum results were:hemolytic streptococcus 6 cases, 4cases of Pseudomonas aeruginosa , Klebsiella pneumoniae in 2 cases and gas production Bacillus 2 cases , Enterobacter Bacillus 2 cases, 136 patients with 386 cases sputum culture times , 106 times positive(27.5%), and consecutive three or more times a train 4 the same bacteria ,only 42 cases(10.8%); the same single-64 cases sputum culture , which amounts to 16.6%.

结果 在136例患者，共72例痰培养阳性，阳性率52.9%，痰培养连续3次为单一细菌者为16例，阳性率为11.8%。16例患者痰菌结果分别为：溶血性链球菌6例，绿脓杆菌4例，克雷伯氏杆菌2例，产气杆菌2例，阴沟杆菌2例，136例患者386例次痰菌培养，106例次阳性（27.5%），而连续3次以上培养为相同一细菌，仅为42例次（10.8%）；非相同单一痰菌培养64例次，占16.6%。

Results: In the 87 cases, there were 58 cases of lacrimal gland epithelial tumors with 49 Cases of benign mixed tumors and 9 cases of malignant epithelial tumors; 29 cases of non-epithelial tumors of lacrimal gland with 3 cases of lymphoma, 5 cases of lacrimal gland cyst and 21 cases of Inflammatory pseudotumor.

To dec.2002 were analysed by means of wounding tract and fracture.results during 24 cases of gunshot wound, wounds of 20 cases healed without event after primary debridment and sewing wounds,3 cases healed and l case infected in 4 cases of primary debridment without suture,and 4 cases of primary internal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.the injury of soft tissue and contamination of wound track were serious in explosion wound than in gunshot wound,10 cases healed without event and 4 cased infected in l4 cases of primary closed explosion wounds,and 2 cases of primary inernal fixed fracture had no osteomyelitis.conclusion it is suggested that the management of firearm wound in cold and dry region may be delayed moderately in time of debridement.the firearm wound may be treated by internal fixation of fracture and primary closing of tract after early debridment when the soft tissue injury was light in peacetime, which decreased the infection,disability and promoted rehabilitation of patients.

结果 24例枪伤中，20例一期缝合伤口，均一期愈合，另外4例只清创未一期缝合的伤口，3例愈合，1例感染；4例骨折内固定均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。16例炸伤病人局部软组织损伤及污染比枪弹伤重，14例一期缝合伤口中，10例一期愈合，4例感染，骨折内固定2例，均愈合良好，无骨髓炎发生。结论寒冷干燥地区火器伤早期伤道清创时限可适当延长，在平时火器伤的救治中，对软组织条件较好的创面，早期清创后可一期闭合伤口和骨折内固定，这样可减少感染和伤残，促进康复。寒冷干燥地区；火器伤；早期救治

Of the 60 patients, chronic nephritis 27 cases,acute serious nephritis 3 cases,essential hypertension 9 cases,diabetes 9 cases, multilocular cyst 6 cases,lupus nephritis 6 cases were enrolled. 60 CRF cases with four phase,including the phase of compensation of renal malfunction,the phase of no-compensation of renal insufficiency the phase of azotemia and the phase of renal failure,were divided into three groups.
