On the design of index system, this paper introduces the idea of BSC to design the frame of index system, to explain the index system from the four dimensions of finance, custom, management, and development. The basal indexes of each dimension is filtered in the way of partial correlate of these indexes and EVA form the point of view of validity andindependence, and gets well indexes to make up the index system of Advanced Professional Executives performance evaluation.

In general, this paper includes several parts, shown as the following: The first part summarizes the background and outline of stock index future and introduce briefly its local status and CSI 300 stock index future contract. The second part has a retrospect of the main academic papers of both local or overseas, and also a discussion of relevant hedge strategies and models, to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the empirical analysis and test for the operation process of hedge in latter parts. The third part outlines the principle, key factors and real operation process of hedge. Moreover, it makes a empirical analysis on popular hedge models with HK Hang Seng index. In the end, it test the hedge effect of trading on IF0706, CSI 300 stock index future contract, with CCB select-growth securities fund as present underlying. The fourth and also the last part, explores how to define hedge ratio in china mainland market. It includes the stability test ofβfor local securities portfolio, adjustment of historicalβand best data length for estimation of historicalβ, etc. Also, the thesis makes some beneficial experiments on the definition of best data length for estimation of historicalβ, survey of fashion forβand variation for industryβs. Fortunately, it's got some meaningful results.

按照以上研究思路，本论文论述由以下几个部分构成：第一部分，简要概述股指期货产生的背景和基本情况，对国内股指期货进程和沪深300股指期货合约进行简单介绍；第二部分，回顾海内外股指期货避险研究的主要文献，讨论相关避险策略及避险模型，为后面套期保值策略如何有效运用的实证分析和检验提供理论基础和依据；第三部分，对套期保值的原理、关键因素及实际流程进行概述，并采用香港恒生指数对常用的几种避险模型进行实证分析，最后一揽子以建信优选成长股票型基金为现货标的，实际检验以沪深300股指期货模拟交易IF0706产品进行对冲时的套期保值效果；第四部分，探讨国内确定避险比率的过程，包括国内股票组合β值的稳定性检验、历史β值的修正及估计历史β值的最佳数据长度等，通过数据分析，本文在寻找估计β值的最佳数据长度和考察风格、行业β值的差异上做了较为有益的尝试，并得到了有助于现实操作的结果。

Four items of water quality has been collected in field surveys, including PH value, dissolve oxygen, electric conductivity level and turbidity level. Furthermore, 19 species of freshwater fish have been found, of which 10 species are local strains, 4 species are foreign strains, and 1 species is a hybrid strain. The results of calculating and analyzing the water quality index and Index of Biotic Integrity indicate that WQI is estimated from excellent to fair, while IBI is estimated from fair to poor. It has been illustrated that two indexes show different assessment results. Of those WQI index is more reliable than the IBI. IBI index need further modification for the use of water quality assessment in the Tou-Bien-Ken Creek.

现场采集水质资料共4种，包含pH、溶氧、导电度及浊度，鱼类共计19种，其中原生种10种、外来种4种、杂交种1种，经计算之水质指数及生物整合指数研究分析结果发现，调查测站WQI水质评等由特优至中等，IBI评等由中等至差的等级，显示两种指数评分具有差距，WQI指数之评分结果较IBI正确，IBI指数须经修正才能更适用於头汴坑溪之水质评估。

Although the current price index system composed of representative indices such as consumer price index, retail price index and producer price index can reflect the inflation level with approximate accuracy, there still exist deficiencies such as inability to precisely reflect the purchasing power of consumers, inaccuracy and incomparability of price indices, easily affected by short-term volatilities thus misleading monetary policy.

The results indicated that organic fertilizer at a rate of 75000 kg/ha or organic fertilizer (75000 kg/ha) with compound fertilizer at a rate of 300 kg/ha had higher effects on genetic diversity of soil microbial community under field conditions. Treatment of fertilizers as base application at level of 600 kg/ha resulted in decrease of DNA sequence richness index and diversity index of soil microbial communities, and the similarity coefficient of DNA sequence from soil microbial communities was the lowest compared with control. Organic fertilizer treatment was conducive to increasing DNA sequence diversity index and evenness index of soil microbial communities.

结果表明，在本试验条件下，基肥为75000kg/hm^2有机肥处理和75000kg/hm^2有机肥加300kg/hm^2复合肥处理最好；基肥为600kg/hm^2复合肥处理使土壤微生物群落DNA序列丰富度指数和多样性指数显著下降，与对照的DNA序列相似系数最低；有机肥处理有利于土壤微生物群落DNA序列多样性、均匀度和黄瓜产量的提高。

Finally, the physical index and compression index of silty soil from Yangtze Basf project are divided to three groups according to depth, then characteristic statistic are calculated to physical and compression index of three groups and mechanical index of all depths. The results showed that fishes of 11 orders, 18 families, and 46 species were represented in Changshu section of the Yangtze river. After the season, the total catch per unit effort increased sharply in the section; the dominant species were mainly commercial fishes such as Coilia ectenes, Mugil cephalus and Parabramis pekinensis and the annual change of dominant species was not obvious. The CPUE of Coilia ectenes had risen up and the trend of resource deterioration had been kept within limits. The caught rate of pintsized and juvenile fish rose markedly. The Margalef's index and Wilhm's index had an evident tendency of rising, while McNaughton's index and Pielou's index waved slightly.

研究结果表明：4~6月间常熟江段出现的鱼、虾、蟹类渔获物共有11目、18科、46种；春禁后，该江段总CPUE显著增加；优势种更替不明显，历年以刀鲚、鲻鱼、长春鳊等经济鱼类为主；刀鲚CPUE有所回升，资源衰退受到遏制；小型鱼类、幼鱼在渔获物中的比例明显上升； Margalef物种丰富度指数、Wilhm改进指数呈明显上升趋势，均匀度指数J′、优势度数Dw在窄幅范围波动。
