The results show that:(1) the overall water quality in the Xiangjiang River had become worse during the 1990s and the main pollutants which caused aggravating pollution were total coliforms, total phosphorus, petroleum and total hydrargyrum ;(2) the main pollution sources were living pollution, which increased evidently in recent years, and industry pollution, of which heavy metal pollution is evident;(3) among the mainstream of the Xiangjiang River , river sections in Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Changsha suffered from the most serious pollution;(4) it is forecasted that living pollution and agriculture pollution will become more serious in the future.

Through the design of AGP-test equipments and methods which could simulate the impact of input of exogenous nutrients on eutrophication, the evolution of algae and aquatic species extinction process in Miyun Reservoir under different environmental and nutritional conditions are simulated. Then the ratio growth rate in the three simulation stages are simulated and analyzed combining the numerical analysis software MATLAB 7.0. At last, the conclusion that in the three designed stage, the total phosphorus threshold which leads to a water bloom in Miyun is respctively 0.053mg/L, 0.062mg/L, 0.064 mg/L is educed. Based on the regression relationship of total phosphorus,chlorophyll-a, total nitrogen, and the transparency,we compartmentalized the evaluation standard level of eutrophication in Miyun Reservoir.

This paper reviewed the research on dynamic and balance of soil nutrient pool under long-term fertilization conditions,mainly about some active aspects which included dynamic variations of total nitrogen,available N,total phosphorus,available P,total potassium,available K,and organic carbon in soil; dynamic variations of ammonium N,amino acid N,amino sugar N,unknown N,non hydrolyzable N and microbiomass N in soil nutrient pool; changes of Ca2-P,Ca8-P,Al-P,Fe-P,O-P,labile organic P,moderately labile organic P,moderately stable P,highly stable P and microbiomass P in soil; changes of loosely,stably and tightly combined humus,humic and fulvic acids in soil carbon pool; effects of long-term fertilization on organic-mineral complex status in soil; nutrients cycling and balance of agricultural soil nutrients pool.

A univariate ANOVA is executed to analyze the influencing factors of the production cost by dividing it into direct material, direct labor cost, indirect cost and total cost separately. It is found that the variables of farm scale and crop type show significant impacts in the direct labor cost and total production cost. The one-crop farming variable makes significant difference in the total production cost; whereas different planting ways differentiates the indirect cost. In addition, years of farming, farmer's age, and full-time status all make no significant difference in all aspects of production cost.

Results showed that low contents of Cd has promotion effect on Oryza Sativa, but high contents of Cd has not obvious restrain on it. The total trend of distribution of Cd in Oryza Sativa is root>stem>shell>rice. The relation between Cd contents in rice and total Cd in soil as well as availability Cd in soil has been investigated. The result showed that both the total Cd and the availability Cd had notably correlation with content of Cd to rice, and the critical point were CaCl2-Cd=0.71mg/kg, DTPA-Cd=1.34 mg/kg, EDTA-Cd=0.76 mg/kg, NH4OAc-Cd=0.77 mg/kg.
