The mechanism of PPS accelerating IEC-6 cells migration was also researched with gene-chip technique. The Altas Clontech Rat cDNA Chip which consisted of 1176 spots representing different functional categories such as heat shock/stress, cell cycle, transcription factors, hormones, metabolism, etc was used. Result showed in cell migration model of IEC-6 cell line, compared with control group, expression of 38 genes in total 1176 genes varied in cells treated by PPS, including 21 genes up-regulated and 17 genes down-regulated. The purpose of this study is to explore the subjective difficulty of clinical preceptors in student teaching and the variants of different backgrounds that might influence the subjective difficulty of clinical preceptor in student teaching. This study is a quantification study carried out by questionnaires. Research subjects of this study are care workers in two regional teaching hospitals and three medical centers in Taipei who acted as clinical preceptor responsible for at least one student nurse within recent six months. The effective response rate of questionnaire was 93.08%(out of 130 questionnaires in total).

Gravity wave and ozone are two interesting topics in the middle and upper atmosphere. In this dissertation, they are studied by numerical simulation and instrument development respectively.In section one, by using FICE scheme and TIME-GCM, a model of trace gases and OH airglow affected by gravity wave is set up, then the propagation of nonlinear gravity wave and the effect on trace gases and OH airglow are analyzed. The result shows gravity wave excited by tropospause forcing can propagate stably to the mesosphere through the stratosphere so that energy and momentum can be transferred from one region to another. In this process, gravity wave undergoes growth, overturning, convection and breaking. And the no-isothermal structure can accelerate the breaking of gravity wave in mesospause, and the breaking of gravity wave is an important source of convection and small-scale waves.
