Abstract〕similar to regression analysis,cluster analysis,etc.,correlation analysis is also the basic work for information researches.canonical correlation analysis can be used to analyze the relationship between two groups of variables,and thus worth for using in information science.method of canonical correlation analysis was presented in present study.a java-based network algorithm of canonical correlation analysis was developed,which can be used to calculate the canonical correlation coefficients,canonical variable pairs,and statistical significance of canonical correlation coefficients.the algorithm may be run on java-compatible web browser.at the same time,paper publishing information and citation statistics in information science of china in past years were analyzed using the algorithm,and a number of conclusions were drawn.

摘 要〕与因果分析等一样，相关分析也是信息资料分析的基本工作。典范相关分析用于分析两组变量之间的关系，在情报信息的相关性分析方面有潜在的应用价值。本研究介绍了典范相关分析方法，给出了典范相关分析的java网络算法软件，可用于计算典范相关系数，典范变量对，以及典范相关系数的统计显著性。该软件可在兼容java的网络浏览器上运行。同时，用该算法对国内情报信息论文的发文和引文统计数据进行了分析，得到了一些结论。

Wuhan Yuancheng Technology Development Co., Ltd.Abstract: The paper is mainly comparated the preservation effects of three preservatives in pickles under the premise of no vacuum-packed, adding 0.05% of Sodium benzoate、0.05% of Potassium sorbate and different concentrations of potassium cinnamate in pickles, then put them into the box with constant temperature and humidity(T=35℃,R=90%) to speed up the experiment which was respectively packed in non-sterile and sterilization state.

本文主要研究无真空包装的前提下，在酱腌菜中添加0.05%的苯甲酸钠、0.05%的山梨酸钾和不同浓度的肉桂酸钾，分别在非灭菌和灭菌的条件下，将其放入恒温恒湿箱内（T=35℃、R=90%）进行加速实验，对比三种防腐剂对酱腌菜的防腐保鲜效果。

Abstract］ objective to identify the relationship between serum homocysteine and carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction and effects of foliate,methylcobalamin.methods the concentrations of hcy were determined by means of fluorescence polarization immunoassay and carotid arteries was examined with color doppler ultrasound in 165 patients with cerebral infarction.the subjects were divided into 4 groups according to the severity of lesion of carotid artery.the concentrations of hcy were compared in different groups.the patients with hyperhomocysteinemia received foliate and methylcobalamin.results when lesion of carotid artery became severer,serum hcy was higher.the intima medial thicknesses of carotid artery were significantly decreased in patients with hyperhomocysteinemia who received foliate and methylcobalamin for two years.conclusion hyperhomocysteinemia may play an important role in development of carotid artery atherosclerosis.the intervention of foliate and methylcobalamin may reduce carotid artery atherosclerosis.

摘要］ 目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉病变与血清同型半胱氨酸水平的关系及叶酸、甲钴胺长期干预对其影响。方法对165例急性脑梗死患者进行血清hcy的测定及颈动脉超声检查，并按动脉硬化的程度分组，比较不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化患者hcy水平，部分高hcy血症患者给予叶酸、甲钴胺干预，随访2年。结果随着颈动脉病变程度的加重，血清hcy浓度呈上升趋势，高hcy血症干预者动脉内中膜厚度明显减小。结论高hcy血症对颈动脉粥样硬化的形成起重要作用，长期给予叶酸、甲钴胺干预可能减轻颈动脉粥样硬化。
