The mechanism of PPS accelerating IEC-6 cells migration was also researched with gene-chip technique. The Altas Clontech Rat cDNA Chip which consisted of 1176 spots representing different functional categories such as heat shock/stress, cell cycle, transcription factors, hormones, metabolism, etc was used.
