Results: In the 13 cases, the CT diagnosis show that five cases of low-density lesions of Bilateral hepatolenticular, five cases of globus pallidus, one case of Bilateral hepatolenticular with corpus callosum, one cases of External capsule putamen, one case of Putamen with the caudate nucleus, three cases of low-density of Bilateral lobi frontalis and lobi parietalis, one case of unilateral putamen hemorrhage, three cases of cerebral atrophy.

目的 探讨双侧基底节区对称性低密度病变的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析肝豆状核变性5例、中毒性病变5例、Wernicke脑病2例、Huntington氏大舞蹈病1例的CT平扫表现及临床意义。结果 13例中，CT示双侧豆状核低密度5例、苍白球5例、双侧豆状核伴胼胝体1例、壳核伴外囊1例、壳核伴尾状核1例；双额顶叶低密度3例、单侧壳核出血1例、大脑萎缩3例。

The ultrasonographic images of OP could be classified to 3 types: 6 cases of interior ovary, 6 cases of exterior ovary and 9 cases of mix echo of the ovary appendage. Results : Thirty－ two lingual thyroids included asymptomatic 11 and symptomatic 21, and completely ectopic 16, incompletely ectopic 16 cases. There were 16 cases treated with thyroid hormone,and this method failed only in one case. Eight cases underwent surgical excision and postoperative pathologic examination showed 2 cases of nodular goiter, 2 cases of thyroid adenoma, 1 case of follicular carcinoma and 3 cases of normal thyroid tissue.

Conclusion Drainage using minimally invasive surgery (one-time use of YL-1 type of intracranial hematoma puncture needle grinding and urokinase technology) can achieve a more better therapeutic effect than burr-hole craniotomy with drainage or simple minimally invasive irrigation and drainage in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma.

结果：本组278例病人获得随访，平均随访3个月，全组患者均取得较满意治疗效果，与手术相关并发症发生率为9.57%（31/324），包括急性颅内血肿2例，颅内感染1例，非张力性气颅14例，硬膜下积液7例，低颅压5例，结论：采用微创引流手术（使用 YL －1型一次性颅内血肿穿刺粉碎针及尿激酶技术治疗慢性硬膜下血肿，能取得较钻孔引流术单纯微创冲洗引流更好的治疗效果。

One case was orbital cellulitis showing the density of the right part in the orbit outside the eyeball becoming higher, and having not a edge.

结果：炎性假瘤22例，肿块游离缘锐利，其中9例累及泪腺，7例绕眼球生长，2例表现为眶尖部视神经及眼外肌增粗，4例主要表现为眼肌弥漫性增粗；肉芽肿性炎症4例，在眶内呈铸形生长；慢性泪囊炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区囊性肿块；慢性泪囊周围炎1例表现为内眦部泪囊区中央可见液性密度的小肿物；蜂窝织炎1例表现为右侧眶内眼球外侧密度增高，边缘模糊不清。

Results There were fetal type in 12 cases, embryonal type in 7 cases, anaplasia type in 3 and mixed type in 2. The cytoplasmic postive expression of CK, AFP, S-100 protein and Vimentin of epithelial tumor cells were found in 14, 10, 9 and 6 cases respectively.
