Methods:Thirty-seven glioma specimens were classified as astrocytoma(25 cases, including 7 fibrillary cases; 6 protoplasmic cases; 12 anaplasfic cases), and glioblastoma( 12 cases,including 4 GBM cases).

37例人脑胶质瘤标本按WHO分类标准(1990)分为：星形细胞瘤(25例，纤维型7例，原浆型6例，间变型12例)，胶质母细胞瘤(12例，包括GBM4例)。

Results: It was found that there were 7 cases of screw loosening or breaking in the internal fixation ,1 case of connecting pole loosening or dropping,3 cases of concurrent infection from internal fixators loosening,4 cases of internal fixation screw entering the spinal canal,being driven into the intervertebral space or going through the vertebra body,5 cases of repeated postoperative lumbar pain,2 cases of postoperative pseudoarthrosis formation,3 cases of the height loss of the vertebra body after the internal fixators was taken out.

结果：内固定螺钉松动或断裂7例，内固定系统中的连接杆松动或退出1例，内固定松动合并感染3例，内固定螺钉进入椎管或打入椎间隙者或穿破椎体者4例，术后反复腰痛者5例，术后假关节形成2例，内固定取出后椎体高度丢失3例。

Of the femoral fracture,there were 14 cases of fractures of shafts of femurs and 1 case of supracondylar fracture of femur;11 male, 4 female;7 left cases,8 right cases;1 case complicated with bending of bone plate and screw,6 cases with breakages of plate;1 case with bending of common intramedullary nail,2 cases with breakages of common intramedullary nails,1 case of screw and wire lock fixation complicated with pseudoarticulation formation,4 cases with nonunion of fracture.

方法］24例长骨骨折内固定手术失败应用有限切开交锁髓内钉治疗的长骨骨折翻修术病例中，股骨15例，其中股骨干骨折14例，股骨髁上骨折1例；男11例，女4例；左侧7例，右侧8例；接骨板螺丝钉折弯1例，断裂6例，普通髓内钉折弯1例，折断2例，螺钉并钢丝固定假关节形成1例，骨折不愈合4例。

Results In all cases, 17 cases cured and 1 died, Severe complication were happened in 6 cases(33.3%), included 2 cases of pancreatic fistula, 1 cases abdominal abscess, 2 cases pancreatic pseudocyst, and 1 case pancreatic haemorrhage.

结果 18例中治愈17例，死亡1例。发生严重并发症6例（33.3%），其中胰瘘2例，腹腔脓肿1例，假性胰腺囊肿2例，假性胰腺囊肿伴大出血1例。

Except 58 cases missed and 5 cases induced abortion, we followed up 163 cases(241 kidneys) in different gestational age and postnatal period. Among them, 209 kidneys (86.72%) were discovered pyelectasis between 5mm to l0mm. The pyelectasis of 30 kidneys(12.45%) was between l0mm to l5mm, and that of 2 kidneys(0.83%) was thicker than 15mm. Follow-up result is as follow: 137 cases(214 kidneys) were recovered in normal in fetus period or postnatal 15 months. Their pyelectasis was thinner than 5mm(88.80%). Among them, 16 cases(2l kidneys) were recovered in fetus period(8.71%). 121 cases(193 kidneys) were recovered in postnatal 15 months(80.09%). The rest 20 kidneys' pyelectasis was between 5mm to l0mm(8.30%). 4 kidneys' pyelectatis was between 10mm to l5mm(1.66%), and 3 kidneys' pyelectasis was thicker than l5mm(1.24%).

结果：发现一侧或双侧肾盂扩张≥5mm的胎儿有226例，除58例失访，5例引产外，对163例241只肾脏在不同孕龄及出生后的孩子进行了随访。241只肾脏按肾盂扩张在5~10mm间2的只（占86.72%），在10~15mm间30只（占12.45%），≥15mm者2只（占0.83%）分组观察，随访结局如下：137例214只肾盂在胎儿期或孩子出生后15个月内恢复正常，肾盂扩张＜5mm（占88.80%）：其中16例21只肾盂在胎儿期恢复至5mm以下（占8.71%），121例193只肾盂在孩子出生后15个月内恢复至5mm以下（占80.09）。20只肾盂扩张在5~10mm间（占8.30%）。4只肾盂扩张在10~15mm间（占1.66%）。3只肾盂扩张≥15mm（占1.24%）。

Results: 21 cases of pancreatitis(25%),25 cases of cholecystitis(29.7%),14 cases of pyoperitonitis(16.6%),5 cases of digestive ulcer(6%),11 cases of acute appendicitis(13.7%),8 cases of bowel obstruction(9%), amylase level of 2-12 h, 24-48 h of pancreatitis group was (465.1±211.4),(509.1±89.9) u/l respectively; that of non-pancreatitis group was (381.9±67.7),(293.4±64.7) u/l respectively.

结果：胰腺炎21例(25%)，2～12 h、12～24 h血淀粉酶分别为(465.1±211.4)、(509.1±89.9)u/l。非胰源性疾病：胆囊炎25例(29.7%)、急性腹膜炎14例(16.6%)、急性阑尾炎11例(13.7%)、肠梗阻8例(9%)、溃疡病5例(6%)，非胰源性疾病2～12 h、12～24 h血淀粉酶分别(381.9±67.7)、(293.4±64.7)u/l。

Methods 208 cases in 20 years were retrospectively analysed,86 cases (41.35%) were recovered by subtotal gastrectomy;18 cases (20.93%) were undergone Billroth I anastomosis;68 cases (79.07%) Billroth Ⅱ;42 cases (61.76%) Billroth Ⅱ precolonic anastomosis;26 cases (38.24%) retrocolic anastomosis.

回顾性 总结分析 20年间手术治疗消化性溃疡急性穿孔208例，其中86例（41.35%）采用胃大部连同病灶切除Ⅰ期治愈，胃肠重建采用BillrothⅠ式吻合18例（20.93%），BillrothⅡ式吻合68例（79.07%），BillrothⅡ式结肠前吻合42例（61.76%），结肠后吻合26例（38.24%）。
