结果 15例患者中，右侧膝关节游离体8例，左侧3例，双侧3例，多发游离体1例；其中2例伴有关节积液，6例有关节周围软组织肿胀。16层螺旋CT的3-D图像可清晰显示游离体的立体形态，MPR图像则可以多平面，多角度地观察游离体的大小、形态、密度、位置，对病变显示满意。结论多层螺旋CT重建能提供骨关节病变非常有价值的空间关系信息，其表现接近病理解剖，临床应用价值大，有利于临床医师选择治疗方案、制订手术计划。

Results:Main imaging features of APK were as follows:On abdominal plain films showed the lobalate renal enlargement in 46 cases,calcification of polycystic wall in 14 cases,renal calcium milk in 5 cases,60 cases were showed separation,deform and longthend of renal pelvis on intravenous urography and retrograde urography,5 cases were showed renal enlargement on retroperitoneal pneumography,on CT scans in 25 cases showed mulltiply cysts with thin wall,unecho liquid shadows were showed on B-mode ultrasound.

Results Surgical instruments broken in the articular cavity took place in 8 cases, injury of the normal tissue including the cartilage, meniscus, and ligaments happened in 40 cases, nerve branch and vascular injured around the inlets in 11 cases, water seeping out in 13 cases, infection following the formation of hematoma in 5 cases, refracture of patella during operation in 1 case, myocardial infarction after operation in 1 case, totally, complications and accidents were seen in 79 cases (5.1％).

objective:to explore the value of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.methods:the clinical data of 139 cases of female patients with infertility were analyzed retrospectively.results:among 139 cases,55 cases with pelvic adhesion,34 cases with salpingitis,20 cases with endometriosis,and 14 cases with polycystic ovary.the pregnancy rates were 47.27%,41.18%,55.56% and 46.15% respectively after laparoscopic surgery.pelvic adhesion salpingitis and endometriosis were the major cause of female infertility.conclusions:laparoscopic technique can find out the reason of infertility more earlier and more directly and provide timely therapy.so it has excellent clinical effect.

目的：探讨腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症的应用价值。方法：回顾分析我院2004年12月至2007年12月应用腹腔镜诊治女性不孕症139例患者的临床资料。结果：139例中盆腔粘连55例，输卵管炎34例，子宫内膜异位症20例，多囊卵巢综合征14例，术后妊娠率分别为47.27%，41.18%，55.56%，46.15%。盆腔粘连、输卵管炎、子宫内膜异位症是引起女性不孕的主要盆腔病因。结论：应用腹腔镜技术能早期、直观、准确的明确不孕症输卵管及盆、腹腔病因并可同时予以针对性治疗，在直视下通液，动态观察输卵管通畅度和形态，大大降低了常规通液术的假阳性、假阴性率。

Results Among 12 cases, there were 5 male and 7 female cases, and age ranged from 14 to 56 years old. Six patients had the history of delayed defecation. Two cases were misdiagnosed as sigmoid torsion and 6 cases were admitted as acute intestinal obstruction. Colostomy was performed first in 7 cases. Surgical procedures included Swenson operation in 3, Duhamel in 2, Rehbein in 3, Soave operation in one and stapler anastamosis in 2 cases.

Among which, 87.5%(7 of 8 cases) round mass became irregular; 93.7%(15 of 16 cases) mass with poorly uncear margin changed into well-defined; 90.5%(19 of 21 cases) spicule around mass was shortened or disappeared; 50%(1 of 2 cases) mass surrounded with radiolucent ring was decreased 74.2%(23 of 31 cases) calcification changes variedly in range, amount, and distribution.

Results: Among the 11 cases who were conducted total synovectomy by shaver, there were 6 recrudescent cases acquired open total synovectomy, 1 recrudescent cases acquired arthroscopic total synovectomy again. Among the 7 cases who were conducted total synovectomy by shaver plus electrofrequence technique, there was 1 recrudescent cases, no recurrences was found in 6 cases during the followed up period.
