Results among 34 cases of orbital tumor,29 cases were with benign tumor, 5 cases of malignant tumor, 8 cases of hemangioma,5 cases of dermoid,5 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor,3 cases of liparomphalus,3 cases of haematoma,3 cases of mixed tumor of lacrimal gland,2 cases of optic nerve glioma, 2 cases of cancerometastasis,2 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 cases of malignant lymphoma.

结果：①腹水37例，占59.7%，其中少量腹水14例，大量及中等量腹水23例；②腹膜增厚19例，占30.6%，其中结节状8例、条带状5例、块状增厚6例；③网膜改变17例，占27.4%，污垢状5例、结节状3例、饼状9例；④腹腔内囊性占位性病变共4例，占6.4%，均见于卵巢癌；⑤小肠壁增厚伴肠管移位2例，占3.2%。

Results among 17 cases , malignant disease is 12 cases , benign disease is 5 cases ,in malignant disease adenocar-cinoma is 8 cases and squamous-cinoma is 2 cases ,in benign disease tuberculosis is 3 cases , inflammation node is 2 cases , the common CT signs included lobulation sign (14 cases),pleural tail sign 7 cases ,vessel convergence (8 cases ),and spiculation (14 cases),with inhomogeneous (13 cases).

结果：重症急性胆囊炎80例，76例成功实施LC，其中，胆囊穿刺减压胆总管切开取石T管引流11例，胆总管切开取石T管引流15例，胆囊造瘘胆总管切开取石T管引流14例，胆囊切除胆总管切开取石T管引流36例，手术时间15～120 min，术中出血10～85 ml；4例中转开腹，其中，1例胆囊与周围组织粘连严重，壶腹部标志消失，与肝十二指肠韧带界限不清，2例胆囊萎缩深陷肝脏内，胆囊三角区瘢痕粘连，1例胆囊管结石嵌顿且严重粘连，术后住院时间8～11 d，术后恢复均良好，治愈出院；80例术后病理诊断，急性单纯性胆囊炎41例（51.2％），急性化脓性胆囊炎24例（30.0％），急性坏疽性胆囊炎15例（18.8％）。
