In this serises,21 cases had facial paralysis,19 cases with suppurative labyrinthitis.3 cases with meningitis, 17 cases with periauricular abscess, 17 cases with postauricular fistula,4 cases with otogenic meningitis brain absess, 2 cases with lesion of sigmoid sinus and,1 cases with influence under temporalis,1 case with neck abscess,I case with mandible arthritis.

Results: The total effective rate was 87.50%(28/32). After infusion embolotherapy, 12 cases underwent panhysterectomy and 15 cases radiotherapy. In 15 cases with radiotherapy, 7 cases then received panhysterectomy, 2 cases systemic chemotherapy, 1 case palliative therapy. 2 cases gave up therapy for various reasons. 21 cases with hemorrhage were hemostasis and 9 cases with inferior belly and lower limbs pain had all relieved after infusion embolotherapy.

Rusults: The Xray findings of these cases were as following: pyloric ulcer side of the mouth first change in 23 cases (72%), nodular filling defect in 25 cases (72%), the ulcer contour changes in 18 cases (56%), right angle sign on the wall in 13 cases (41%), mucous membrane changes 25 cases (78%), there are signs of movement in 9 cases (28%), gastric peristalsis weakening or disappearance in 21 cases (64%).

目的 探讨消化性溃疡急性穿孔的治疗方法，旨在提高ⅰ期手术治愈的成功率。方法回顾性总结分析20年间手术治疗消化性溃疡急性穿孔208例，其中86例（41.35%）采用胃大部连同病灶切除ⅰ期治愈，胃肠重建采用billrothⅰ式吻合18例（20.93%），billrothⅱ式吻合68例（79.07%），billrothⅱ式结肠前吻合42例（61.76%），结肠后吻合26例（38.24%）。结果 86例中除1例billrothⅱ式吻合术后发生胃瘫并发症，经保守治疗月余治愈外，其余病例术后恢复顺利，均随访5年以上情况良好。结论消化性溃疡急性穿孔的ⅰ期手术治疗，解决了因溃疡穿孔单行修补术后再次复发穿孔、出血、幽门梗阻、粘连、溃疡恶变而重复手术等问题，缩短了治愈周期，提高了生存质量。
