Results: After 24h exposure to rhBMP-2, the expression of PCNA in HFCL cells decreased 0.65 fold by densimetric scanning. Observed after staining with the Wright-Gimsa, the numbers of cells with mitosis imaging decreased, but the morphologic change of cells did not happen.
