The comparative investigation of the characteristics of deformation and AE were conducted and the results are presented as followed: 1. The characteristics of rock AE are correlated to the strength, joints, cracks, and the size and hardness of crystalline grain. 2. The sequence of AE can be divided into four phases: beginning phase, tempestuousness phase, drop phase and dreariness phase. The loss and the duration of the phases are correlated to the rock character and flaws in the rock. 3. The AE rate characteristics are not almost concordant with the AE energy rate. 4. Besides the homogeneity, the strength of rock contributes the activity of AE. The higher the strength is, the lower the activity is. 5. There is a dreariness phase before the failure of most kinds of rock. 6. Whether the precursor is obvious is correlated to rock the character, and the precursor of AE rate is more apparent than the precursor of AE energy rate comparatively.

It includes the following steps: extract trivalent iron ion and divalent iron ion in water phase through organic extractant, get predecessor of; absterge it with secondary distilled water for2-3 times and get pure load metal predecessor of organic phase; mix organic phase of Mg2 and Fe3 with mol rate of 1:2 and introduce them into autoclave, add distilled water according to the rate of 3:1 or 4:1 of organic phase and water phase and airproof it, and then mix it fiercely, stripping with hydrothermal method at temperature between 200 degree C and 300 degree C and make them react for 2.5 hours; cool it to the room temperature under natural condition, separate liquid and centrifugalize it, absterge it with absolute alcohol for 2-3 times and dry it at temperature of 50 degree C for 30-180 minutes, then get product of magnesium ferrite.

The results showed that precursor feeding (phenylanine, sodium acetate and benzamide) and mixed sugar as production medium resulted in significant increase of taxol production not only in the one-liquid-phase cultures of Taxus chinensis var. mairei but also in the two-liquid-phase cultures. And the integrated function of precursor feeding and mixed sugar in the two-liquid-phase cultures gave more significant increase of taxol production significant increase of taxol production, which was four times more than that of the control (the one-liquid-phase culture without precursors and mixed sugar).

The results are as follows.(1) Long train electrical stimulation at the dMNF facilitated myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle.(2) Short train electrical stimulation of dMNF, when delivered in the inspiratory phase, caused prolongation of myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle; but when delivered in the expiratory phase, myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle were shortened.(3) Long train electrical stimulation at the vMNF inhibited myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle.(4) Short train electrical stimulation of vMNF caused shortening of myoelectric activities of genioglossus and phrenic muscle, when delivered in the inspiratory phase, but a prolongation when delivered in the expiratory phase.(5) The effects of microinjection of glutamate to dMNF and vMNF were similar to those of electrical stimulation.

The effects of several components in the culture medium on Lithospermum erythrorhizon cell growth and secondary metabolite synthesis were studied, as well as structural dynamic model. The two-liquid-phase culture of Lithospermum erythrorhizon was carried out by choosing the proper organic solvent as the second phase. The bioactive carrier for adsorption was prepared and the condition of cell immobilization was determined. We combined the technique of two-liquid-phase culture and immobilization to carry out the culture. We chose the suitable type of reactor, studied its characteristics and results of cell culture using this reactor. The fed-batch operation was also studied on the basis of twoliquid-phase culture and immobilization used in culture in the reactor.

This problem is also important and valuable in Nonlinear Optics. It will be very helpful to understand how the aberrations affect the course of three- wave mixing, such as the change of conversion efficiency, the distribution of intensity and phase.Small signal solution of aberrated second harmonic generation is deduced from three-dimension three wave coupling functions. The numerical work gives out lot of results of different aberrations. The effects of the fundamental waves aberrations, which will change the conversion efficiency, distribution of intensity and phase in the frequency conversion, is analyzed. It shows that when walk-off and diffraction effects could be ignored approximately estimation of the phase distribution of second-harmonic wave could be done. The far field divergent angle and second moment radius of harmonic wave will vary with the aberration of fundamental wave, but the far field divergent angle will be obviously smaller than that of fundamental wave. The phase distribution of both fundamental and harmonic wave is measured using Hartmann-Shack wave front sensor in the experiment with 1064nm and 790nm lasers, respectively. Results are given.
