结果2006年我县风疹共发病595例，其中学生发病484例，占发病总数的81.34%；5所学校出现风疹暴发流行；发病年龄以15～20岁最多，男性多于女性；时间集中在1～3月之间。

结果2006年我县风疹共发病595例，其中学生发病484例，占发病总数的81.34%；5所学校出现风疹暴发流行；发病年龄以15～20岁最多，男性多于女性；时间集中在1～3月之间。

Results ct examination showed all the 12 cases had most of the cerebroventricular hematocele cleared in 72 hours. nine of them showed basic clearance in 7 days and 2 of them in 10 days. one case indicated fair removal of hematoma in 12 days. all the 12 cases, after 4 weeks' treatment, were evaluated by gos. of them 5 were fine, 3 slightly disabled, 2 severely disabled and 1 dead.

结果 本组12例患者， 72 h头颅ct显示脑室积血大部分清除，7 d头颅ct显示9例基本清除，10 d头颅ct显示2例基本清除，12 d头颅ct显示1例血肿基本清除。12例患者，经治疗4周时，gos评分：优良5例，轻残3例，重残2例，死亡2例。

Investigation for morbidity of osteoportic fracture (1) Osteoporotic hip fracture was the most osteoporotic fracture type in hospital.The female patients is more than male.(2) There were lots of osteoporotic fracture cases from 65 to 79 years old people. Quantity of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture was still highly.(3) There were no famous seasonal different of morbidity among all kinds of osteoporotic fracture patients. But there were famous differences in osteoporotic hip fracture. Especially, there were many osteoporotic hip fracture cases in northern area in spring, but in winter in souther area in China.

骨质疏松性骨折发病率初步调查(1)骨质疏松性髋部骨折是骨质疏松性骨折住院治疗最多的骨质疏松性骨折类型，老年女性发病比男性多；(2)骨质疏松性骨折高发年龄在65～79岁之间，骨质疏松性脊柱骨折发病率仍然很高，应引起重视；(3)骨质疏松性椎体骨折发病无明显季节性；但骨质疏松性髋部骨折的发病在不同地区与季节有一定关系，北方春季和冬季高发，南方冬季和夏季高发。

Conclusion］The technique of radiographic assessment to define the anteromedial OA of the knee is not easy to perform, but it can be used, by well trained doctors, in the most knee OA cases with high accuracy. The MR imaging gives more information about cartilage defects and can be used in some doubted cases.

结论］应力位摄片拍摄和读片要求较高，但经过适当训练可以在大多数OA病人中获得很高的诊断率，对于一些困难的病例可以结合MRI软骨和韧带成像以帮助诊断。

Results: The male patients appeared more than females in spinal cord AVMs, but the occult intramedullary AVMs had the same morbidity The patients with intramedullary AVMs and perimdeullary AVF were younger, in contrast, patients with dural AVF were usually older than 40 years of age. The intra - medullary AVMs were most common located in the cervical and thracic - lumbar spinal cord, the perimedullary AVF and dural AVF were most seen in the low thracic of lumbar region. The most common initial symptom associated with intramedullary lesions was accute onset where as the progressive aggravation was the most common presenting symptom in cases of dural AVF. The prognosis of the patients with intramedullary lesions had hemorrhage was worse than who without hemorrhage.

结果：脊髓AVM s中，隐匿型AVMs无明显的性别差异，余各类型男性均多于女性；髓内AVMs、髓周AVF以青少年多见，硬膜型AVF发生于中老年；髓内AVMs多见于颈髓及胸腰段脊髓，髓周AVF及硬膜型AVF多见于胸腰段；髓内AVMs以急性起病多见，髓周AVF表现为进行性加重，少数可急性发作，硬膜型AVF以慢性起病多见；髓内出血者预后较无出血者差。

Results The supratentorial lesions involved the occipital lobe in 4, frontal lobe in 3, fronto-occipital lobe in 2, temporo-occipital lobe in 3, lateral ventricle in 1 case and the saddle region in 1. All the lesions were large in volume and most of them presented heterogeneous signals in MRI. Of the 14 cases, 12 showed cystic degeneration and necrosis, 2 had hemorrhage and 6 showed signs of emptied small blood vessels. Twelve cases had heterogeneous enhancement and 2 had moderate enhancement. Pathologically, 10 cases of neuroblastomas were identified, along with 3 ganglioneuroblastomas and 1 atypical rhabdoid tumor.

结果 病灶位于顶叶4例，额叶3例，枕顶叶2例，颞枕叶3例，侧脑室1例，鞍区1例，病灶普遍较大，病灶绝大多数信号不均匀，病灶内可见囊变／坏死（12例）、出血（2例）、流空小血管影（6例），增强后病灶呈明显不均匀强化（12例），中等强化2例；神经母细胞瘤10例，节细胞神经母细胞瘤3例，非典型横纹肌样瘤1例。

Results:The incidence rate of syphilis increased rapidly in Jiangsu province from 10.59 per 100 000 residents in 2004 to 28.68 per 100 000 residents in 2008,and the average annual increase of incidence rate and reported case of syphilis were 28.42% and 28.68% in recent 5 years,respectively;primary and secondary syphilis cases were 69.75% in all syphilis cases;most patients were 20~39 years old,which accounted for 51.55%;the majority of syphilis cases were reported in the south of Jiangsu province.
