Pratt performs below his normal capabilities when he returns to work too early after having a craniotomy--a type of brain surgery in which the doctor removes part of the bone from the skull to get to the brain. Weaver hires a new surgeon, and Corday demands to know why she was not involved in the decision-making process. Finally, Neela searches for employment outside of the medical field and has a hard time finding a decent job.
