Results (1)The permillage of myocyte apoptosis in infarct area in elder patients with sudden death caused by AMI was significantly higher than that in control group(663.00‰±117.12‰ vs 34.30‰±20.68‰,P＜0 .01).However the permillage of myocyte apoptosis in 1-vessel,2-vessel,and 3 - vessel disease were 514.28±165.12‰,564.38‰±102.33‰ and 668.25‰±127. 19‰,respectiverly,significantly higher as compared to control group(All P＜ 0.01).But no significance was found among the three groups.(2)The size of DNA f ragment about 180～200 bp was found only in those patients with two and three ve ssels involoved.(3)The electron microscope showed the characteristics of myocyte apoptosis episodes,the others showed the characteristics of necrosis.

METHODS: The 15 hybrid dogs were randomly divided into 2 groups. In the experimental group (n=9), a hole was drilled at the slope beneath the tibial plateau to reach the medullary cavity. The cavity was enlarged by an appropriate drill to confirm the size of the cavity. The absorbable polyamide intramedullary rods were inserted from the hole in tibial superior extremity, and the fracture was anatomically reduced with the rod passing through the fracture. Two locking nails, which were cylinder polyamide rods, were respectively located 2 cm from the cutting site, in the distal and proximal ends. Auxiliary plaster external fixation was performed for 4 weeks. In the control group (n=6), quincunx intramedullary nails of the same diameter with 4 pre-drilled holes were accordingly inserted into the cutting segment, and 2 screws were locked in the distal and proximal ends, respectively.

The CO2 uptake rate of plants is affected by the plant species and environmental conditions such as photosynthetically active radiation, temperature, water and nutrient contents. PAR is the most immediate environmental control on photosynthesis while air temperature affects both photorespiration and dark respiration. In the natural condition, PAR and temperature play an important role in net CO2 uptake. The effects of PAR and air temperature on the CO2 uptake of Pterocarpus macrocarpus grown in a natural habitat were studied in the present work. Due to many uncontrollable factors, a simple rectangular hyperbola could not represent the measured data. The data were divided into groups of 2℃ intervals; CO2 uptake in each group may then be related to PAR by a rectangular hyperbola function. Using the obtained functions, the effect of PAR was removed from the original data.

The optimal reconstruction windows of patients with stable HR(≤75 bpm and≥91 bpm) were concentrated in 71%,ranged from 65%-80%, and in 41%,ranged from 32%—50%,respectively.The prospectively ECG-gated DSCT coronary angiography can be used in patients with stable HR(≤75 bpm and≥91 bpm) in abstract.②To explore the clinical application of prospectively ECG-gated transverse DSCT coronary angiography.Methods Two hundreds patients[Body mass index:23-25 kg/m~2,122 patients(average HR≤75 bpm),78 patients(average HR≥91 bpm)]with suspected or known coronary artery disease underwent prospectively ECG-gated transverse DSCT coronary angiography,among them,30 patients underwent selectively coronary angiography,grouping them into 2 groups according to the average HR of scanning.Group A(17 cases,HR≤75 bpm),group B(13 cases, HR≥91 bpm),the DSCTA results were compared with SCAG.Then,calculate the accuracy of patients in each group and evaluate the agreement of accuracy between DSCTCA and SCAG by Kappa statistics.

方法回顾性分析200例行适应性前瞻性心电门控双源CT冠状动脉血管成像的患者(排除扫描过程中，屏气配合差，出现心律不齐的患者及行支架置入或搭桥术后复查的患者)，包括屏气时平均HR≤75 bpm患者122例，HR≥91 bpm患者78例；其中30例同期行选择性冠状动脉血管造影，按屏气时HR将其分为2组，A组17例：HR≤75 bpm，B组13例：HR≥91 bpm，分别与金标准SCAG对照，计算2组患者的阳性诊断准确率，应用SPSS 13.0统计学软件，利用Kappa检验比较每组患者的2种诊断方法诊断结果的一致性，利用两样本率x~2检验，比较2个心率组间的诊断准确率有无明显统计学差异，并计算此30例患者的平均有效辐射剂量。

Sims and Saleh performed pin site care daily beginning 48 hours after the operation. In their study, they applied Orthox monolateral xators (Orthox Srl, Bussolengo–Verona, Italy)(58.4%), circular xators (19.7%), and the Shefeld Hybrid System (21.9%). Massage was used to release skin adhered to the pin. A cotton swab with normal saline or cooled boiled water was used to clean the pin site. Another cotton swab was then used to dry the pin site. Dressings were only applied if there was any exudate. Bathing with the leg submerged in water was discouraged. They found that 29% of the xators had noinfection (grade 0) according to the grading system of Saleh and Scott (Table 5). The remaining 71% of xators had an infection of one or more different grades. There were no grade 6 infections. They concluded that xators located on the femurhad the highest infection rate and that incidence of infection was 2.5 times greater for femoral xators in which corrections were performed (62.3%) than in those without corrections (24.5%). These observations, however, were based on half-pin care. We did not use half-pins or Schanz screws in any of our treatment groups.

The total effective rate of clinical effect was 88.1% in treatment group and 52.9% in control group. The clinical therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group. Both groups had a notable seducement in HOMA-IR, FINS, FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, TG and LDL-C with an obviously improvement in ISI after the treatment. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significant decrease in TC and CRP with notable difference.

Methods Thirty-two New Zeeland rabbits were randomly assigned into two groups as experiment group (n=24) end control group (n=8).
