Results In vitro recovery of the probe was mainly influenced by the perfusion rate. When the perfusion rate was set at 1.0μL/min, in vitro and in vivo recoveries of the probe were 50.16±2.34% and 14.096±0.58%, respectively. As the key fuel of intestinal mucosa and lymphocytes, exogenous glutamine maintained the intestinal structure, function and the CD4〓/CD8〓 ratio. In addition, glutamine normalized the SIgA containing cells'quantity and distribution through stimulating the IL-6 gene expression.

The above problems are studied in this thesis. First, the implicit NND scheme with mix flux splitting method proposed by Zhang Hanxin that is first order accurate in time and second order in space is modified. The modified scheme keeps the characteristics of fast convergence and is second order accurate both in time and space. It can be capable of simulating the unsteacly flow. Second, the topological method founded by Zhang Hanxin is improved to study the characteristics of vortex near the singular point on its axis and the cross streamlines on the longitudinal section passing the vortex axis. On the basis of topological results, a program which visualises numerical results is made out. It can help us analyse the characteristics of vortex motion.

本文对上述问题做了研究：第一，在数值模拟方面，借助于张涵信提出的NND算法和混合通量法，我们将他建立的时间为一阶、空间为二阶精度的快速隐式算法推广为时间和空间均为二阶精度的算法，这样做保留了原格式收敛快的特点，而且能适用于真实的非定常流态的计算；第二，将张涵信的拓扑分析方法加以推广，研究了涡轴附近及破裂点邻域内流场的空间特征，并以这些拓扑分析结果为指导，研制了一套显示计算结果的软件，这一软件能很好地帮助我们分析流场的计算结果和旋涡演变的特征。

The results show that when gravity wave's propagating in the homogenous winds, the nonlinearity is stronger in the fair wind than in the contrary wind, the background winds change the propagation velocity and path, and when gravity wave's propagating in the homogenous winds, the vertical wavelength decreases, the average upgoing energy flux reduces which implies the ambient winds absorb the energy of the wave, realizes coupling of the different atmosphere layers.

The study of the effect of vegetation on snow ablation can be used to predict the snowline, glacier and water level. The snow ablation is observed in the Picea crassifolia, shrub, frost edge and grassland of sunny slope at the altitudes between 2600 and 2700m from 2003 to 2007. The daily variable of snow depth and the change of snow coverage and the sensible heat flux of snow surface are used to determine the snow ablation at Pailugou Basin of Water Conservation Forest in the Qilian Mountains. The observation began with the snowfall in October and ended at the completely ablation of snow in May, and got 1344000 observation data.

Under conventional N fertilization and irrigation condition, N2O emissions during 2001-2002 and 2002-2003 in winter wheat and summer maize rotation system were 1959 g N hm-2 and 1250 g N hm'2, respectively; and 68%-86% of N2O emission occurred in summer maize growth season, the emissions mainly occurred in 2 weeks after N fertilization and irrigation.
