The study shows that: evergreen broad-leaved species during the middle and later period succession have better adaptability under the different light surroundings, such as Elaeocarpus glabripetalus, Ilex integra, Photinia prunifolia, Cinnamommum camphora. And Fluorescent Characteristics also verifies the above result. The experiment results indicate that: PSⅡreaction centers of majority tree species are not marked oxidized under the full light surroundings. Photosynthetic electron transport activity can maintain highly, in this way, it is helpful to enhance radiant energy dissipation and thus dissipate excess light energy. That is to say, the increase of non-photochemical quenching coefficient can conduce to protect PSⅡ, and mitigate the effect of high light on photosynthesis.

The sludge settling characteristic is satisfying with SV varying from 22 to 30 and SVI varying from 58 to 80ml/g.The sludge bulking problem has been avoided successfully. The excess sludge can be thickened to 3%-4 %. The alkalinity remains equilibrious between the nitrification and denitrification in SBR-BAF system. The COD and TP loading of SBR are 2.08kgCOD/kgMLSS·d and 41.68gTP/kgMLSS·d, respectively. The NH4+-N loading of BAF is 1.16kgNH_4~+-N/m~3.d. The total HRT is about 10 hours which is only about half of suspended growth process for simultaneous phosphorous and nitrogen removal. Under the above mentioned high loadings and short HRT, the mean removal efficiency of COD, TP, NH4+-N, TN is 96%, 98%, 93%, and 84%, respectively. The mean effluent concentration of COD, TP, NH4+-N, TN, SS is 20mg/L, 0.23 mg/L, 3.24 mg/L, 7.68 mg/L, 5 mg/L respectively, which means every index can meet the first class of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Three part of research works had been carried out in the dissertation. The first part: a kind of multidentate amine modified silica gel was synthesized through the following steps:(1) introduce the amino groups onto the surface of silica-gel by the treatment of surface silanol groups withγ-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane;(2) michael addition of excess trihydroxymethyl propyl triacrylate to amino groups on the silica gel surface;(3) amidation of the unreacted double bonds of TMPTA on the surface of TMPTA modified silica gel with diethylenetriamine;(4) the multidentate amine modified silica gel was finally obtained by the reaction of amino groups on the surface of DETA modified silica gel with double bond of butyl acrylate.

The study sample was composed of 40 female patients with maxillary excess or bimaxillary protrusion. The mean age of patient was 25.9. All patients had undergone the modified Wunderer technique for anterior subapical osteotomy. The postoperative follow-ups were all over 6 months. We studied the relationship between movement of anterior maxillary segment and soft tissue changes over nose and lip areas by the statistics in the hard tissue displacement and soft tissue changes 3 and 6 months postoperatively.
