In the third part, by looking into traditional roles of teachers, I mainly put forward that under the implement of mathematics course standard, the role of the mathematics teachers in high schools is the organizer, instructor, participant in the study of the students, the cultivator of the study ability of the students, the researcher of the community types, the builder of the course ,culturist of the education teaching ,the open teacher of teaching introspect.
