The authers fetched the embryo calvarial peristeum tissue, got human osteoblast by enzyme-assimilating methods and tissue-block culture methods. We observed the morphological change, growth feature and osteogentic capability, of osteoblast during culture in vitro with phase contrast invert microscope, drew the growth curre and identified the cells by alkaline phosphatase dye. At same time, the morphology and bioactivity of 3-5th-generation osbeoblast and anabiotic cells was studied comparatively. 2. titanium particles were examined by scanning electron and the size was determined by semi-automated image analysis. The 3-5 th gereration of human osteoblast were cultured in medium with different concentration of particulates titanium alloy (1mg/ml, 0.1mg/ml, 0.01mg/ml). Cell growth and proliferation was detected by MTT method after 2、4、6 days that particles were added into medium and ALP activity was measured by kit after 4、7、10 days respectively. 3. With above same methods,the 3-5th generation of human osteoblasts were cultured for 3、6、9days after different concentration of particulates titanium alloy (1mg/ml, 0.1mg/ml, 0.01mg/ml) were added into the medium and OPG gene expression was quantified by RT-PCR.

Theurinary IL-6 level positively correlated with density of glomerular matrix membrane, global sclerosis, fiber or fibrocellular crescents and interstitial fibrosis (p. 05). According to the degree of density of glomerular matrix membrane and interstitial fibrosis, urinary Col-IV level had better correlation than urinary TGF-betal and IL-6 levels.In IgAN, Col-IV showed increased expression in diseased renal tissue whereas the site of expression of TGF-betal was mainly localized within the cytoplasm of tubular epithelial cells. Interstial expressionwas also present but glomerular TGF-betal expression was found only in patients with heavy mesangial proliferation. There was a significant correlation between glomerular positivity for Col-IV and severity of histological damage. There was also a significant correlation between positivity for TGF-betal and Col-IV in the tubular epithelial and interstitial lesions. In contrast, there was no ralationship between glomerular positivity for TGF-betal and severity of histological damage.The urinary TGF-betal level paralleled tubular TGF-betal expression.

The results of the present research are as follows, The correlation between physico-chemical properties of organic compounds and their competitive power was studied, and it was indicated that organic compounds preferable to form H-bonding with organic matter of sorbents have stronger competitive power; Sorption behaviors of ionizable organic compounds in different species and their competitive power were examined, and the results showed that phenols and carbonxylic acids with benzyl circle have much stronger competitive power in molecular species than in ionized species, because negative charges of anionic forms can depressed their adsorption on the surface of the sediment; in contrast, organic bases such as aniline and p-chloroaniline show weaker competitive power in molecular species than in ionized species, and this is because both species of the organic bases could adsorb strongly onto the sediment; there is a correlation between competitive power of organic pollutants in multi-solute systems and their sorption isotherm nonlinearity in single-solute systems, and organic compounds whose sorption isotherms is linear in single-solute systems hardly have competitive power in multi-solute systems; Competitive sorption effects in more than two-solutes systems was studied, and it was exhibited that mixture of two cosolutes each of which could suppress sorption of nominal solute onto the sediment had synergistically competitive sorption effect on the nominal solute; A method about incorporating sorption/desorption of organic pollutants into river water quality model was developed, and discussion about degree of sorption/desorption effect on model prediction for different organic compounds was made, which will provide theoretical basis and practical processes for setting up more accurate water quality model.
论文主要取得了以下研究成果。(1)有机化合物的吸附竞争能力与其物化性质具有相关性,易与沉积物有机质形成氢键的化合物其竞争能力也比较强;(2)可离子化有机化合物的吸附竞争能力与其存在形态有关。酚类、含苯环的羧酸类化合物,其离子态的吸附竞争能力远小于分子态,其机理为有机酸阴离子所带的负电荷抑制了表面吸附能力,主要发生分配作用;而苯胺类化合物,其离子态和分子态都表现出显著的竞争能力,而且离子态的竞争能力略强于分子态,原因在于有机碱阳离子所带的正电荷促进了其表面吸附能力;有机化合物竞争能力的强弱与其单组分吸附等温线的非线性程度具有一定的相关性,吸附等温线近似为线性的化合物没有或只具有微弱的竞争能力;(3)对目标有机化合物的吸附具有竞争效应的有机化合物混合后,将对目标有机化合物的吸附产生协同竞争效应;(4)以京杭运河为例,率先提出了将有机污染物的吸附/脱附作用及水文水力参数耦合到水质模型中的方法,并讨论了吸附/脱附作用对不同有机污染物预测模型的影响,为建立更准确的水质模型及进行更客观的风险和生态评估提供了参考依据。

DST showed that the pretreatment with dexamethasone can not repress the total number of CRF immunoreactive neurons in the rat model induced by CUMS, by contrast with a normal repression in the number of CRF neurons in rat induced by acute stress. In brief, the rat model induced by CUMS represented decreased body weight, obvious depression-like behavior, hyperactivity in HPA axis and nonsuppression on the DST, which fits the criteria and neurobiological feature of depression.
简而言之,CUMS诱导的大鼠模型有典型的抑郁症样行为和表现、HPA轴活性升高、DST的失抑制,符合抑郁症模型的行为学标准和主要神经生物学特征,是抑郁症稳定可靠的模型,也是研究应激诱导的糖皮质激素升高所带来的神经生物学效应的良好模型。

Results: Small round or linear haemorrhagic erosions were induced in the oxyntic glandular area after rats exposed to WRS. Meanwhile, GMBF decreased and NO contents in plasma and gastric mucosa increased significangly compared with those without WRS. L-NAME not only further decreased GMBF and inhibited the increases of NO contents but also aggravated the extent of gastric mucosal lesions. In contrast, L-Arg increased both GMBF and NO contents resulting in the lessening of mucosal injuries. All these changes were significant compared with control group.

RESULTS: After differentiation of human adherent myoblasts by neural induction medium, no cells with a neural cell morphology (ie., small, refractile cell body with dendritic cell extensions) were seen. All remaining myoblasts cultured with neural induction medium, myoblasts with proliferation medium and myotubes with differentiation medium containing 20 mL/L HS were positive for β Tubulin Ⅲ. C2C12 myoblasts were negative for β Tubulin Ⅲ. In contrast, all the above cells were negative for the markers Neurofilament Mr 68×103 and GFAP.
