目的 探讨混合性生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤(mixed germ cell sex cord stromal tumor，MGCSCST)伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法卵巢MGCSCST伴恶性生殖细胞肿瘤变异型的病例进行临床病理特征和免疫表型分析。结果患者生殖器的解剖结构和女性表型正常，染色体组型是46xx，足月妊娠。肿瘤组织由混合性生殖细胞和性索间质肿瘤构成，混合性生殖细胞有显著的恶性特征。瘤组织中没有典型的性腺母细胞瘤结构。结论 MGCSCST有复杂的形态结构，因此更多的取材和切片可以防止误诊，当肿瘤组织中的混合性生殖细胞有高度恶性变异时，患者预后不良。卵巢肿瘤；生殖细胞性索间质肿瘤；免疫组织化学

Methods:to analyze electrocardiogram,echocardiogram,left ventriculography,nuclear magnetic resonance results of 13 cases with ahcm.results:12 cases had apical wall thickening in echocardiogram, 3 cases had a "spade-like" configuration on left ventriculogram, 7cases were misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease initially.conclusion:ahcm is easy to be misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease, echocardiogram plays important role in the diagnosis of ahcm, in patients with suspicion of ahcm and inadequate echo images, the use of contrast echocardiography or mri should be considered.

对13例ahcm的心电图、超声心动图、左室造影及磁共振结果进行分析。结果：13例ahcm中心电图有特征性改变12例，超声心动图提示心尖区增厚12例，左室造影提示舒张期呈&黑桃&形改变3例，初诊误诊为冠心病7例。结论：ahcm易被误诊为冠心病，超声心动图是诊断该病的重要手段，必要时可做心脏超声造影术或磁共振检查。

objective to investigate the treatment effect of wolter crook plate on distal clavicle fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation.methods thirty two patients underwent surgical repairs with wolter crook plate.results twenty seven cases were followed up for 12 months.according to karlsson,the excellent result was found in 19 cases;good in 8 cases;poor in 0 case.no complications such as infection,non union,plate failure,or redislocation after removal of the plate was found.conclusion the implant of wolter crook plate provides sufficient stability to allow active shoulder exercises immediately after surgery,which is worthy of clinical practice.

Results The survival area and quality of avulsed flap in the experimental group were superior to that of control group after 15 days of operation, and the hemorheological items were markedly changed at 5 days after operation. Conclusion The better flap survival after orthotopic transplantation in avulsion injury can be improved by intravascular low level He-Ne laser irradiation through changed superoxide dismutase activity and hemorheological items in optimal irradiation intensity.
