objective to evaluate the role of mr perfusion weighted imaging in preoperation diagnosis of meningiomas.methods mr perfusion weighted images was performed in 47 patients with meningiomas followed by conventional imaging.results the mean rcbv values of angioblastic was the highest in the parenchyma of tumor.the mean rcbv values of malignant group was the lowest.the biggest mean rcbv values among different type meningiomas was statistically significant.the biggest mean rcbv values between benign and malignant group meningiomas was statistically significant,but not in the peri-tumor edema.conclusion the rcbv values were useful in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.those in the peri-tumor edema were useless in the preoperative differentiation diagnosis of different types of meningiomas.

目的 探讨磁共振灌注成像技术对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别的临床应用价值。方法对47例脑膜瘤病人行mr灌注成像检查，对5种亚型的良性脑膜瘤的mr灌注成像进行分析，并与非典型性及恶性脑膜瘤进行比较。结果血管瘤型脑膜瘤实质部分的rcbv值均数最高，恶性组脑膜瘤的rcbv值均数最低。各亚型间瘤体实质最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)，良恶性脑膜瘤实质部分最大rcbv值均数间差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。瘤周水肿区的rcbv值均数间差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05)。结论 rcbv值对脑膜瘤术前分型及良恶性鉴别有所帮助，而瘤周水肿区的rcbv值对脑膜瘤分型及良恶性鉴别未显示临床实用价值。

Methods 104 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.in basis of routine therapy, patients in treatment group (n=56) were treated by yangxue qingnao granules,4 g,three times a day; patients in control group (n＝48) were treated by troxerutin, 3 pills a day.the course was 30 days in two groups.the indexes of hemorrheology and mca,aca,pca, va, ba and pi were observed before and after treatment.results there were significant differences between two groups in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, mca,aca,pca,mca and pi after treatment (p.05).conclusion yangxue qingnao granules have definite effect on chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency, and decrease and hemorrheology in patients with ccci, relieve angiospasm and improve clinical symptoms.

将慢性脑供血不足患者104例随机分为2组。在常规治疗基础上治疗组56例加服养血清脑颗粒，每次4 g，每日3次口服。对照组48例在常规治疗基础上加服曲克芦丁，每次2片，每日3次口服。2组均30日为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效，治疗前后血液流变学指标及大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉、左右椎动脉和基底动脉的搏动指数及阻力指数的变化。结果 2组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度，mca、aca、pca的pi及mca的ri及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗慢性脑供血不足疗效确切，能降低ccci患者的血液黏稠度及血液流变学指标，增加脑供血，缓解血管痉挛，改善临床症状，改善脑供血不足。

objective the effects of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on resisting lipid peroxidation were investigated.methods the inhibition of anthocanin pigment from maize purple plant was examined in vitro that autcoxudation of lecithin liposome system induced by fe2+.50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups.vehicle and different dose anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant were given respectively,and then experimental injury of mice liver was induced to make use of bromobenzene and the content of mda was determined in liver homogenate.results the inhibition rates of anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant on linoleic acid oxidation was higher that of ascorbic ascorbic acids.the content of mda in homogenate in middle and high dose of pigment were significantly lower than that in low dose and the injured control group.there were no significat differences in the content of mda in homogenate between low dose group and injury control group.conclusion the anthocyanin pigment from maize purple plant have the capability to resist lipid peroxide.

目的 探讨玉米紫色植株色素抗脂质过氧化的作用。方法体外实验测定玉米紫色植株花色苷色素在fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中抗氧化活性。体内实验，取50只小鼠随机分成5组，分别给予溶媒和不同剂量的色素，然后采用溴代苯致实验性肝损伤，测定肝匀浆的丙二醛含量。结果在由fe2+引发的卵磷脂脂质体体系中玉米紫色植株色素对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用，抑制率随样品的浓度增高而增大，并且明显优于抗坏血酸。在溴代苯致小鼠实验性肝损伤模型实验中，中、高剂量组的丙二醛含量均低于损伤模型组。低剂量组和损伤模型组比较丙二醛含量差异无统计学意义。

In addition, to raise distance between radiation plane and ground will avoid capacitative effect effectually. In the chapter 3, the antenna is designed based on the concept of planar inverted-F antenna. Furthermore, that the antenna structure have two radiant paths and coupled each other at tail end to do impedance matching is similar to chapter 2. But there is a difference in them. We can choose the short position to change input impedance at this structure. In the chapter 4, the antenna is designed based on the concept of planar inverted-F antenna which takes coupled-fed. It will produce the first mode and high-order mode near the frequency, 900MHz. The feature of this type is to reduce the volume effectually. This antenna can not only cover GSM900/DCS/PCS/UMTS operation but maintain good radiation efficiency. Finally, we will compare three antennas, and develop procedure with industrial view, and propose the prospect of the GSM/GPRS antenna in PND, as a conclusion.

objective to explore the reasonable utilization of cephalosporins in chronic renal failure patients with cephalosporin encephalopathy.method we retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics of 29 crf patients,who developed encephalopathic syndrome and was treated with cephalosporin.results the encepha1opathic syndrome include (1)mental confusion in 4 cases;(2)unconsciousness in 2 cases;(3)seizure in 23 cases.physical examination did not show signs of cerebral focal injury.computed tomography of the brain in 29 patients did not show acute lesions.the state of neurotoxicity was completely recovered after discontinuation of cephalosporins.conclusion cephalosporins used in conventional doses or reduced doses can cause temporary encephalopathy in patients with crfwhich might due to prolongation of drug half life.

目的 通过研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者抗生素脑病的发病机制和临床特点，探讨头孢菌素在crf患者中的合理应用。方法 29例crf患者在使用常规剂量或减量使用头孢菌素后出现神经精神症状，诊断为抗生素脑病，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果神经精神症状表现多样：(1)精神异常4例，表现为胡言乱语、烦躁不安、睡眠倒错；(2)意识障碍2例，表现为嗜睡、昏睡、神志不清；(3)癫痫样抽搐23例，表现为肌阵挛、全身抽搐、癫痫样发作；部分患者同时出现几组症状。所有患者均无神经系统定位体征，行颅脑ct检查无急性病变。
