Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the role of PSA,PSAD（prostate specific antigen density）,FPSA and F/T prostate specific antigen percentage in the diagnosis at the prostate cancer.Methods Levels of PSA,PSAD and FPSA were examined in serums of patients with prostate cancer（56 cases） and bisectional prostate hypertrophy（149 cases）.The comparison analysis were carried to these values.

目的 评价列腺特异性抗原、游离前列腺特异性抗原、游离/总前列腺抗原百分比及前列腺特异性抗原密度在前列腺癌鉴别诊断中的价值方法对56例前列腺癌和149例前列腺增生患者用微粒酶免疫法的血清总PSA、游离PSA及游离/总前列腺抗原百分比（F/T百分比；用经直肠超声检查测得前列腺体积V，计算出PSAD值对些值进行比较分析。

In this paper, an efficient and easy biological screening method based on the sensitivity to lovastatin of Neurospora crassa was built to deal with the mutant strain rudely by UV mutation. A high-level strain was screened in the shaking flask culture incorporating with TLC and HPLC. A comparison between this two methods also was originally discussed while identifying dyeing using bromophenol blue as the better treatment of TLC, and offering a kind of simple, practical, fast and economical determination qualitatively and quantitatively.

本文有鉴于此，通过紫外诱变处理，并基于粗糙脉孢酶对洛伐他汀的生物敏感性，对诱变菌株进行了初筛；同时，采用摇瓶培养，结合TLC和HPLC的分析方法，复筛出一株高产菌株；对复筛过程两种分析方法分别进行了初步探讨，比较其优劣，确定TLC法经溴酚兰显色剂显色处理为较佳方式；从而，建立了一套简单、实用、快速、经济且有效的洛伐他汀生产菌诱变筛选方法。

As a result, synthesizing the comparison of the characteristics of drought resistance, cold tolerance, barren resistance and production of these ten grasses, we have found that the resistance of Bromus inermis,Festuca arundinacea was better , and consequently Bromus inermis , Festuca arundinacea were proofed to be favorable grasses for developing pasture in northern China in the future. Whereas, Bromus biebersteinii, Festuca rubra,Dactylis glomerata,Phleum pratense,Agropyron desertorum,Agropyron smithii,Elytrigia elongate and Phalaris arundinacea were worse, and therefore measures to local conditions and prudence in the production practice were advocated.

因此，综合抗旱性、耐寒性、耐贫瘠性及田间的生产性能的比较研究，10种牧草中的无芒雀麦、苇状羊茅的抗性表现较好，是今后我国北方地区进行人工草地建设的良好牧草种类；而草地雀麦、紫羊茅、沙生冰草、蓝茎冰草、长穗偃麦草、猫尾草、鸭茅和草芦表现不好，在生产实践中应因地制宜、谨慎推广。

Three major clusters of numt sequences ( cyt b numt、 ATP8+ATP6 numt and ND4+ tRNA-His+ tRNA-Ser numt) were particularity amplified and sequenced from 10 species within Galliformes and A.galericalata. Comparison numts sequences with homologous mitochondrial partial genes get the different evolutionary characteristics and evolutionary speed compared to mtDNA, then examine the age of insertion of numts using the sequence divergence of numt from the mtDNA. Finally, joined Coturnix japonica、 Coturnix chinensis、 Lophura leucomelana、 Lophura swinhoii and A.albifrons mitochondrial sequences in GenBank, we study the importance function to phylogenetic research of mitochondrial genes and homologous numts.The evolutionary rate of Numts is lower than their authentic sequences of mtDNA, cyt b and ND4 gene evolve faster than homologous numts 2.5 times; ATP8+ATP6 gene evolve faster than numts 18.9 times in Galliformes. Numts show less codon position bias and transition bias under not phylogenetic pressure.

Seventhly, the international comparison reveals that the development of capital market has direct influence on the industry performance and the capital markets of developed countries are more effective than those of developing ones. Whether the finance system is bank-dominated or capital-market-dominated means little to the effectiveness of capital market and also the industry productivity. Eighthly, capital market, bank and FDI differ markedly in the mechanism of financing selection, supervisory effectiveness and industry characteristics. Averagely, capital market is the most appropriate mechanism among the three out-sourcing financing, considering the supervisory cost and effectiveness comprehensively. Certainly, some flaws remain in this study.

因此，我们认为，中国各产业上市公司产业绩效的提高不是通过提高财务杠杆比例来实现的；第七，基于资本市场自身的国际比较研究表明，资本市场发展程度直接影响其对产业绩效的改善和促进程度，成熟市场的资本配置效率显著高于新兴市场，而金融体系以银行为主导还是以资本市场为主导，并不影响资本市场功能的有效发挥，也不对产业绩效的影响产生效率上的差异，仅仅表现为在多大规模或范围内对产业绩效产生影响；第八，基于资本市场、银行贷款及外商投资3种外源融资方式对产业绩效影响的比较研究，三种方式在融资选择机制、监督力以及所影响的产业特征方面均存在显著差异，三者对不同产业绩效的影响呈现互补作用，而资本市场是监督成本与效力结合较好的融资方式。

It is an ancient species in its own genus and well-adapted to drought environments with fissurate growth and summer dormancy. Methods We selected Dengkou as our research site and collected three stages of P. mongolica (before, during and after fissuration) during August 1-5, 2002 and 2003. We used PV technique and measured several water relations parameters (φ,φ, ROWC, RWC,△(subscript φ),ε etc. in different stages of fissurate growth for comparison and analysis of drought tolerance and its mechanisms. Important findings Different stages of P. mongolica had different abilities and pathways to maintain turgor pressure. Fissurate growth decreased the species' drought tolerance and involved multiple adaptations to drought.

选取内蒙古磴口县境内具有绵刺群落的草原化荒漠区为研究样区，于2002~2003年每年8月1~5日采集未劈裂、正在劈裂和已劈裂植株，运用PV技术对不同劈裂生长状态绵刺的多种水分关系参数φ(下标 s、φ、ROWC、RWC、△、ε进行了测定，从绵刺保持膨压的能力和途径两方面进行了深入探讨；同时结合同一项目研究中绵刺劈裂生长过程中抗氧化酶系统和内源激素方面的研究成果，综合分析并探讨了绵刺劈裂生长的发生机理及其环境适应性。
