Treating with coils as aeolotropy, this paper brings forward a set of mathematical mode for computing internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil coiling, in which some factors are taken into account, such as the transverse distribution of shape, crown and curl tension of the strip, the friction between the strip and the reel, the friction between strips, and etc. Because the reel shrinkage and the inner circle of the strip losing radial restrain and circumferential restrain can induce interlayer slipping and the change of the whole coil compactedness , the assumption concerned ——"virtual reel" in the process of coil uncoiling is put forward, which takes the form of slow action to express the uncoiling process and, therefore clearly simulates the variation course of internal stress distribution of coil in the process of coil uncoiling.

The activities of the fault segment associated with the Huagou gas field were strong during the Guantao\|Minghuazhen period, while the activities on east and west sides of the gas field were weak at that time. The process of gas migration in the Huagou reservoir is divided into two phases:(1)After mantle\|derived magmatogenetic gas including CO2, N2, and He entered the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated to the top of the fault by the action of buoyancy or pressure, then the gravitative differentiation occurred. For the top of the fault is closed and both sides of fault is sealed, the gas assembled to some degree in the Gaoqing fault;(2)When gas was accumulated at a large scale in the Gaoqing fault, the gas migrated towards the reservoirs along the two sides of the fault and was accumulated in sandstone.

In order to explore the mechanisms of auxin action and metabolism, as well as the changing characteristics of its relative enzymes, IAA content in strawberry fruits with different treatments was determined by HPLC. Content of IAA and the activity of IAO and POD in fruits treated by NPA or TIBA, the inhibitor of auxin transport, were analyzed to investigate the changing characteristics and possible source of auxin, as well as the relation among IAA, POD and IAO. Results were showed as the followings: there had a certain count of IAA in receptacles and achenes, and IAA content in achenes was higher than that in receptacles.
