In order to analyze the airborne LiDAR data corresponding to single trees and stand heights in the forestry area, we set up samples to measure tree heights of Alnus formosana, Cryptomeria japonica, and Chamaecyparis formosensis in the Alishan area. We build the Canopy Height Model based on the data from the airborne laser scanning system. Single Tree heights were estimated by averaging the CHM values within a 0.5m radius, and six different sizes of sample stands (5×5, 10×10, 12.5×12.5, 15×15, 17.5×17.5, and 20×20) were set up to extract the average heights within the area as the calculated value.

It has become the restrictive factor of economic development. The implement of water saving rebuild programming in northern droughty areas is an important measure for sustainable use of water.This study is based on the investigation of the type, step and method of SEA, and focuses on the water saving rebuild programming in Mongolia Hetao regions as a case. The SEA technique is applied to agricultural sustaining using of water. The contents and impact factors are summarized along with the objective and standards defined clearly. This paper also offers assessment indexs on water saving rebuild programming, which evaluates the subsequent environmental impacts and public benefits. Some measures avoiding the negative impact are also presented to ensure that this programming is in accordance with the principle of sustainable development.

Within these powders, the flammable and explosible nano aluminum, titanium and iron powders produce a great amount production and apply widely. Thus, the dust explosion hazard risk of nano powders could remarkable rise. In addition, the comparison of explosion phenomenon, test methods and quantification parameters between nano and micro scale is necessary to deeply investigate further. So that this project operates the explosion characteristic experiments to measure and determine such the maximum explosion pressure, minimum explosion concentration and explosion characteristic Kst value on above mentioned three nano metal powders. Expectantly, to provide the appropriate recommendations of safety prevention for nano dust explosion based on the experimental results.
