In the research, the study of car impact test and numerical simulation method are both used. Based on works that have done, an impact model containing car model, dummy and restriction system model was built. According to national regulation, different types of impacts were simulated. The fuel cell auto's impact safety was analyzed, and the injury criterion for occupant can be read out directly by simulation data. The main research content of this project is to set up the fuel cell auto's frontal impact model, side-impact model, rear-impact model and the whole frontal impact model, which contains car model, dummy, restriction system model and so on, and calculating these models.

Based on the detailed analyzing of impact system working process, the differential eguation of the system was got, and the mathematical model of the hydraulic impact system was builted, on basis of the mathematical model, By using of dynamic simulation function of Matlab ,the author has built the simulation model of the impact system based on software Simulink and run it after inputting the parameter ,the dynamic graph curve of impact velocity and presser of oil and position of knife rest were got, and the dynamic characteristic of impact system was analyzed,the simulated results are accorded with the fact,and some rational parameters can be found.

The results show that BFRC has favorable impact compressive strength and deformation;,and the impact compressive strength and deformation of BFRC is relational with strain rate and fibre volume content; with strain rate increasing, impact compressure strength and deformation enhance; the impact compressure strength of BFRC is better when the fibre volume content is 0.1%, and the deformation performance of BFRC is better when the fibre volume content is 0.3%.

In order to study impact mechanical properties of the basalt fiber reinforced concrete, the BFRC specimens with 0、0.1% and 0.3% fibre volume content were prepared. The Φ100mm split hopkinson pressure bar apparatus was adopted tocarry out the impact compressive experiment. The dynamic stress-strain curves were obtained. The impact mechanics performance of BFRC were studied through analyzing the impact compressure strength and deformation.

Concretely, firstly with Timoshenko beams, the fundamental formulae of solutions of dynamical equations, boundary conditions and initial conditions have been transformed by Laplace transformation. Secondly, in the Laplace regions , we gain the analytical solutions of impact forces at the impact contact points, shear and maximum inverse stress of beams. Then, by using Durbin numerical inverse method, we gain the numerical solutions of Timoshenko beams under various restriction conditions. Moreover, the graphs about impact forces at the impact contact points, shear and maximum inverse stress of beams can be obtained too.
