156 cases of pediatric outpatients with ostium praeputiale stenostomia, smegma praeputii residual and acrobystia-balanus accretion collected from January of 2005 to October of 2007 were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. MEBO group and erythromyein ointment group. Both groups were treated with surgeries of ostium praeputiale distention, smegma praeputii clearance, and acrobystia-balanus syneehiolysis, and then post-surgery pain was compared by visual analongue cale in the three time periods after surgeries. The observation of recovery and aerobystia re-accretion was taken over the three months following visits post surgery.
