Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group、hypercholesterolemia control group、dosage group with 72.3%,80.5%,96.1% deacetylated flyblow chitosan.The rats were fed with a high cholesterol diet and were administrated flyblow chitosan continuously for 8 weeks at the same time,then the blood lipid and weight were measured.

取成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组，分别为正常对照组、高脂模型组、蝇蛆壳聚糖72.3%，80.5%，96.1%脱乙酰度组，给高脂饲料造模的同时连续给予蝇蛆壳聚糖8周，测定大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白含量，同时观察对大鼠体重影响。

The animal tests indicated that: the levels of plasma and hepatic LPO were elevated in the rats with hyperlipidemia and hypercholesterolemia and at the same time, the red blood cell osmotic fragility and the concentration of SGPT were also in- creased; when the α-Toc was given, the LPO levels of serum and hepar could be de- pressed, the RBCOF and the level of SGPT were reduced too, which suggessted that the membranes of RBC and hepatic cells might be damaged by LPO.
