The basic diploid number of chromosomes in the family Cobitidae was deemed to 2n=50. The C . sinensis with 2n=40 may originate from the ancestor of the subfamily Cobitidae. The C sinensis with 2n=90 which reserved all of 40 original chromosomes maybe result from heterologous hybridization among some fishes of the subfamily Cobitidae. The C . sinensis with 2n=76 is probably a branch of hybrid offspring.

To improve detection efficiency and result accuracy, we developed an improved multiplex PCR technique for specific detection of GMO.①The assay strategy involves multiplex PCR amplification of the target with several biotinylated primer pairs in one tube, followed by the hybridization of multiplex PCR products and membrane-bound oligonucleotide probes. The multiplex PCR/probe hybrid is detected colorimetrically using an alkaline phosphatase conjugate and a chromogenic substrate.

Several aspects were examined, including: difference of copper tolerance and accumulation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil; difference of growth and nutrient accumunation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; physiological differences between between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; subcellular distribution and chemical forms of Cu in C. communis; identification of cDNA fragments differentially expressed in C. communis grown in copper mine deposit; genetic diversity and copper tolerance of C. communis, tolerance mechanisms to copper in C. communis are discussed.

In this study, copepoda and its resting eggs in shrimp culture ponds were detected using PCR dot-blot hybridization and nest-PCR for the presence of WSSV. The results showed that WSSV positive cases were detected in copepoda from egg to adult, and the positive copepoda appeared earlier than cultural shrimp in ponds.
1。本研究利用PCR-斑点杂交和巢式PCR法检测野外发病对虾养殖池塘中桡足类及其休眠卵,以及由这些休眠卵孵化出的幼体携带病毒情况,发现桡足类由卵到成体各阶段中均有阳性个体,而且池塘中在春天放养对虾苗前桡足类就出现阳性个体。

In the present study,in order to explore the roles of estrogen and progestin in epilepsy and elucidate their mechanisms of action, we utilized animal seizure models induced by intracerebroventricular coriaria lactone and intraperitoneal bemegride, studied the effects of estrogen and progestin on central nervous system functions in behavior,electrophysiological,cellular,molecular and gene levels by means of neuroelectrophysiology, flow cytometry, high performance liquid chromatography, immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization techniques.
