Recently, Professor Liu Wen and his associates study the strong law of large numbers for Markov chain fields on trees. But for the nonhomogeneous Markov chain fields ,they only study the even-odd Markov chain and non-symmetric Markov chain. However, this article goes in the normal nonhono-geneous Markov chain fields and gets a class of limit theorems for the functions of two variables of finite nonhomogeneous Markov chain fields. Some limit theorems on the frequences of states and ordered state couples are obtained by several corollaries.

With reference to the experience of specific practice on strategic alliance in typical domestic and overseas port like New Jersey Port in New York, port of Kaohsiung, Keelung and Taizhong, major ports in Yangtze River Delta, the possible modes of Rizhao Port strategic alliance were proposed. Based on the previous analysis, specific design on the supply chain management system of Rizhao Port viewing from strategic alliance was given in this dissertation, which mainly covered two aspects. On the one hand, based on the overall review of common design process, structure design and selection of partnership of supply chain management, and with consideration of the development trend of Rizhao Port, the double-sector style supply chain structure mode of Rizhao Port was put forward based on strategic alliance. On the other hand, in order to make it more clear on the specific process and contents of this kind of supply chain structure, the specific implementation of five supply chain for Rizhao Port in which capital was taken as the hub were proposed, named as, the coal supply chain based on norm regular ship transport mode, the ironstone supply chain based on cost optimization, the crude oil transport supply chain with the aim of extending petrifaction industrial chain, the timber transport supply chain based on circulating economy concept, and the farming transport supply chain based on futures theory.

This paper summarizes the research job of predecessors, full text is divided in four part:The first part introduces the develop history and present conditions of MCRE;In the second part, the concept of average Markov process is introduced. Moreover we investigate the relations for Markov processes, martingales, stationary processes and average Markov process systematically.The third part summarizes the model that constructs the MCRE by p-m chains and skew product Markov chains by p-m chains, also we discuss the relations among the basic gunctions of the probability character for MCREIn the fourth part, we discuss the dimension of GW-tree and the canonical branching chain in random environment, furthermore we summarize the exact formulas of mathematical expectation and variance of branching chain in random environment.

The whole industrial chain and branch chains of circular economy have been planned for Zhenhai chemical park. The branch chains consist of ethane chain, C_1 chain, HC1 chain, H_2chain, NH3 chain and S chain. The concept of equivalent pollutant emission, E, has beenproposed and a reference line based on equivalent pollutant emission has been given and applied to the primary appraisal for Zhenhai chemical park. The whole chain and branch chemical industry chains have been also planned for ZJC group company, which include the industrial chain containing fluorine, the industrial chain of basic chemicals and the industrial chain of petroleum chemical industry.
