查体提示：双侧眼睑下垂，易疲劳；轻度面部及颈部肌肉无力；舌肌无力并出现中央沟。无眼肌麻痹。肩部上肢带肌消瘦、明显无力，可见肩胛翼。腰部无力，行走时脊柱前凸，呈&鸭步&步态。坐位是如不用双手辅助，可能掉出椅子外。但可以依靠其脚趾和足跟站立。患者肺活量为正常的80%，心电图及超声心动图正常。CK水平为正常的2-3倍。
