13 All sums payable by the Borrower hereunder shall be made without set-off, counterclaim, condition or qualification and free and clear of and without deduction for or on account of any tax, levy, impost, duty, charge, fee, deduction or withholding of whatever nature now or hereafter imposed by any taxing authority of Hong Kong.
