38例肝癌患者随机分为A组20例行肝动脉、门静脉碘油乳化化疗；B组18例双插管碘油乳化化疗+无水酒精注射+免疫治疗。

Embolization of hepatical artery and portal vein plus alcohol injection and immunotherapy is a good combination in treating patients with advanced hepatical carcinoma.

以肝动脉、门静脉双插管碘油乳化化疗+无水酒精注射+免疫治疗取得最佳治疗效果和有效的延长生存期，是目前综合治疗中晚期肝癌的最佳治疗方法之一。
