Explor., 2003, 80: 55-68), galena dissolves in significant amount at step 2 most probably due to the strong complexing of Pb2+ by acetate, while other metal sulfides dissolve at step 6, which suggest that this extraction technique could not be used to evaluate the mobility of lead in natural environment

In this thesis, the present situation of heavy metals pollution and the physical and chemical properties of soils and the enrichment situation of heavy metals (Cd、 Hg、 Pb and Cr) in the vegetable body in the Harbin city greenbelt was investigated and evaluated. The results were showed as follows:The four heavy metals all polluted greenbelt soil by different degree in Harbin. Chemometric method were used to analyze UV spectrum of TCAS-heavy metal complex, pure UV spectrum of TCAS-heavy metal complex and TCAS-heavy metal complex distribution curves toward concentration of heavy metals in solution were gained. At the heavy metal concentration of 3-4ppm, our study on adsorption capacity, adsorption selectivity of montmorillonite, illite and kaolinite to Cu〓、 Pb〓、 Zn〓、 Cd〓、 Cr〓 shows that the adsorption capacity is mainly determined by the capacity of exchangeable cations and the adsorption capacity of the three clay minerals decreases in this sequence: montmorillonite >> illite>kaolinite. It is found that clay minerals have obvious adsorption selectivity to various heavy metals. Montmorillonite exhibits a stronger affinity to Cr〓 and Cu〓 while kaolinite and illite sorb Cr〓 and Pb〓 more effectively. At the same heavy metal concentration, adsorption amount of clay minerals to heavy metals increase with increasing pH value of the solution.
