In this paper the model of the thermal conduction between the wellhole and the formation was developed after considering the effects of the heat conduction and the heat convection on the basis of the law of conservation of energy, then the temperature distribution varied with the depth of the interior and the exterior of the drilling pipe was calculated during the gas drilling, which provides the accurate basic data for exact calculation of the temperature distribution of the wellhole.
