Abstract］ objective to discuss the influencing factors of healing up of anastomosis between traditional and morden ideas and question the more reasonable method of intestinal tract preparation in stage one operation.methods twenty-six patients with colon cancer were divided into 3 groups:colostomy group（8 cases）,washing group (9 cases) and suction group (9 cases).all the patients underwent colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and exteriorization with different interoperative preparation with which we compared the healing up of anastomosis within the three groups.results there were 3 cases having fistula in the colostomy group （8 cases）;one case in the washing group,but all the patients in the suction groups gained stage one healing up.conclusion as a method of emergency interoperative peparation,stool suction has a better healing up of anastomosis than colostomy and washing;it is advantageous to observe the healing up of anastomosis through colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and colon-outlying.

目的 探讨影响吻合口愈合因素的传统与现代观念并进一步探讨一期手术中更为合理的肠道准备方式。方法 26例降结肠癌分为造瘘组（8例）、冲洗组（9例）和粪便吸引组（9例）三组，术中分别采用3种不同方式行紧急肠道准备，所有病人均采用结肠切除一期吻合加外置的方法，对比观察三组病人的吻合口愈合情况。结果造瘘组（8例）有3例发生瘘，冲洗组有1例发生瘘，粪便吸引组全部一期愈合。结论粪便吸引作为一种术中紧急肠道准备方法，其吻合口愈合情况优于前两组；结肠一期吻合加外置的方法有利于观察吻合口的情况。

Through three rounds of Delphi method, we knew that the word "Healing" was named because the healing toys can soothe, relieve and transfer the strong pressure inside somebody's mind. The characteristics of those toys are having cute appearance, harmlessness, tenderness, lovableness, two-way interaction, addition function that can give surprise, and relationship related with emotions of oneself.The concrete feelings given by the healing toys are happiness, relaxation, reducing pressure, transferring attention, deferring bad moods, and having the power to change emotions. Besides, the healing toys are considered suitable to be assisting materials to heal somebody's mind by playing games because it has characteristics of helping to transfer or relieve negative emotions and helping to transfer attention. The questionnaire results from Mature age generation indicated that the most favorable, healable and desirable toy is the type that contains IC chips and has some kinds of artificial intelligence; and the type that is a personification in vision for appreciation purpose is in contrast. Considering the related perspectives toward the healing toys, people of Mature age generation mostly agree the expert, Delphi for his viewpoints.

研究结果显示疗伤系玩具可分为「视觉拟人化观赏型」、「声控感音式互动型」、「触控式动作娱乐型」、「感光规律模式互动型」与「智慧电子IC科技型」五大类型；经由三回合制Delphi法可得知疗伤系玩具被称之为「疗伤系」是因其具「抚慰安定」、「放松功能」与「可转移内心压力达到治疗」等原因，其特性则是具「可爱造形」、「无伤害感」、「柔和」、「使人喜爱」、「双向互动性」、「惊喜附加功能」及「与自己情感有相关性」此7项，而疗伤系玩具赋予的具体感觉层面有「愉悦感」、「放松感」、「抒压感」、「转移注意力」、「暂缓坏情绪」和「具转移情绪的力量」，另外，疗伤系玩具是被认同适合作心理或游戏治疗辅具的，因其具「可帮助转移或抒解负面情绪」、「放松感」及「可帮助转移注意力」等特质；而熟龄问卷的调查结果则指出，对熟龄族最具有好感、疗伤感及购买欲的疗伤系玩具是「智慧电子IC科技型」，反之则是「视觉拟人化观赏型」，经由因素分析后也得知，疗伤系玩具所具有的意象感为「移转情感性」、「感官舒适性」、「抚慰心灵性」与「互动体验性」此四大特性层面；另外，熟龄族大都皆「同意」Delphi法专家对疗伤系玩具所探讨出的相关论点与看法。

Result］the operation time was 1～3 h,the operative bleeding quantity were 150～400 ml,all incisions were obtained primary healing.twelve cases were followed up from 6 months to 8 years.the average extremity functional score according to the system of isols（international society of limb salvage）:upper extremity was 22.3 and the lower was 25.3 the average bone healing time of returned deactivation bone graft and bone allograft healing with the osteotomy plane was 3 months,original tumor recurrence in local was 1,the recurrence rate was 7.69%,no malignant change and metabasis was found.

结果］手术时间1～3 h，术中出血量150～400 ml，术后切口一期愈合。12例患者获6个月～8年随访。按isols评分标准评价肢体功能恢复情况：上肢平均22.3分，下肢平均25.3分。灭活回植骨、异体骨与截骨端平均3个月愈合，局部复发1例，复发率7.69%。无恶性变及全身转移。

3大鼠胃溃疡模型的OCT成像检测结果：实验结果显示利用OCT能够实现溃疡组织的成像，可显示正常胃壁组织的层次性结构，对于溃疡病变过程中可对黏膜下病变的深度与状况进行成像分析，从图像可以很明显的发现溃疡性炎症病变区域(这个区域由于散射光变弱，颜色相对比较暗)，在愈合的后期黏膜层基本愈合的状态下仍可显示黏膜下层组织的增生、未能完全愈合等病理改变。

Cases treated by incision and thread drawing with 1 recurred(average healing time 20.22±5.24 days); 32 cases by incision suture plus internal opening drainage with 3 recurred(average healing time 22.84±6.66 days); 34 cases by fistulectomy and primary suture with 5 recurred( average healing time 25.56 ±7.51 days);32 cases by fistulotomy with 6 recurred(average healing time 30.43±10.72 days).conclusion:low complex anal fistula usually can be treated by incision suture plus interal opening drainage or fistulectomy and primary suture, and high complex anal fistula by incision and thread drawing or fistulotomy.

结果：随访5～10个月(平均7 2个月)，切开挂线术37例，复发1例，平均愈合时间(20 22±5 24)d；切缝内口引流术32例，复发3例，平均愈合时间(22 84±6 66)d；瘘管摘除缝合术34例，复发5例，平均愈合时间(25 56±7 51)d；瘘管旷置术32例，复发6例，平均愈合时间(30 43±10 72)d。结论：低位复杂性肛瘘多采用切缝内口引流术、瘘管摘除缝合术；高位复杂性肛瘘多采用切开挂线术、瘘管旷置术。
