This study takes Hua-Lian Harbor in the eastern waters of Taiwan as the subject and applies its related observed data for verification. The construction of Hua-Lian Harbor typhoon wave forecasting model is based on the FN2 structure. The results show that the model's capability for simulating the most height and scale of the typhoon waves is quite satisfied.

本研究以台湾东岸花莲港海域为例，以FN2 结构所建立的花莲港海域台风波浪推算模式，经配合实测资料进行检验，结果证实对预测台风最大波之时间与大小具有令人满意的推算能力。
