XRD,X-ray EDS analysis,AFM and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy were employed to characterize PbSe thin films. The results show that all of the films were heteromorphy and the growth temperature has effect to the diffract peaks of the films. The contents of PbSe thin films by PLD consisted with the targets,and realizing thin films deposited with same constitutes; the films had rather flatness surface and compact structure; the peak-to-tail roughness of PbSe thin films surfaces was less than 200nm;they had sensitivity to light of a specified wavelength and obvious absorption edge at 5μm corresponding to band-gap width of PbSe thin films;light of wavelength less than 5μm was strongly absorbed.

The antimicrobial test and researched was done on wide distillation of different solvents on Terpenoid, polarity separation of ethanol distillable substance, thin layer chromatography of different polarities and distillation of amylase. The results showed that the active substance distilled by 95% ethanol and V methanol: toluene=3:1 had stronger antimicrobial activity on Agaricus blazei Murrill. The antimicrobial activity of ethyl acetate was stronger than wide distilling substance with ethanol, but the water part has not antimicrobial effect. Two straps of ethyl acetate phase（Rf0.57、Rf0.63）(0.1g/ml)had stronger antimicrobial activity on Agaricus blazei Murrill, the antimicrobial zone on Pseudomonas was 19.3mm. The bacteriostatic activity of chromatography strap of water phase was rather weaker, the water solution (0.5g/g) of amylase had better effect on pathogenic fungus of Agaricus blazei Murrill, its antimicrobial zone on Aspergillus niger, Citrinin, Trichoderma viride were 10.8 mm, 7.9 mm, 5.3 mm.

目的 探讨重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病简称慢阻肺病人食管切除术围手术期常见并发症及其处理。方法 45例重度慢阻肺的病人在全麻联合硬膜外阻滞下进行开胸食管切除手术，围手术期处理包括术前戒烟、胸部理疗、预防和控制呼吸道感染、解痉化痰、呼吸功能锻炼、营养支持和氧疗；术后硬膜外镇痛、早期锻炼、保持呼吸道通畅，部分病人予以呼吸支持。结果术中3例出现低氧血症。术后所有病人pao2均有不同程度的下降，6例出现肺部感染，6例行纤维支气管镜吸痰，2例通过气管插管给予呼吸机支持，2例行气管切开术，1例酸碱平衡紊乱使用盐酸精氨酸治疗。所有病人均痊愈出院。结论重度慢阻肺病人并非开胸食管切除手术的绝对禁忌证，积极的术前准备和严格的术后管理可减少和控制术后急性发作，有助于确保此类病人的围手术期安全和康复。

in order to probe into whether glycine supplementation plays an adjusting role in sports performance and immune functions, the authors divided 30 mice randomly into an exhaustive exercising group (e1), glycine supplemented exhaustive exercising group (e2) and a normal resting control group, with 10 mice in each group, supplemented glycine to mice in group e2 and physiological saline to mice in the other two groups, let mice in groups e1 and e2 do an exhaustive swimming exercise 4 weeks later, applied the trace ch50 hemolysis method to analyze supplement activity, applied the mtt method to perform a quantitative analysis on the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen, and thus revealed the following findings: compared with mice in group e1, the time taken by mice in group e2 to swim to an exhausted state is significantly longer (p.05); total supplement activity in blood serum of mice in group e1 is significantly lower than the same of mice in group s (p＜0.01), and total supplement activity in blood serum of mice in group e2 is significantly higher than the same of mice in group e1 (p.01), but still significantly lower than the same of mice in group s (p.05); as observed from the test of the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen, the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen of mice in group e1 is significantly lower than the same of mice in group s, and the lymphopoiesis ability of spleen of mice in group e2 is significantly higher than the same of mice in group e1, but still significantly lower than the same of mice in group s.
